The staff was really nice. Let me get that out of the way. This is a last-ditch effort for us to get food after being on the water all day. We had electrical issues on our boat and we were stuck on the water for a long time. McDonald's was the only thing around us that was open, and after swearing not to go back to McDonald's 6 years ago, hunger took over. Let's just get this straight, whatever it is that McDonald's sells, it is not food. It is just such garbage. The two stars are for the employees, one for each employee that helped us. It's such a shame that what was such good food 50 years ago is just such corporate garbage now. Why would anybody want to eat at McDonald's? I did without McDonald's for 6 years, I'm pretty old now, so I'm saying it. I will never eat at another McDonald's as long as I live. I don't care how hungry I get. By the way I just combined all the meat from a couple of sandwiches because I couldn't stand how lousy the bread was.
I know restaurants are short staffed and employees are working hard. However, that doesn't give you the right to be rude and snotty towards customers. In fact, you should be the opposite. Slow service, finally left, without getting change because after waiting 10 mins the dollar wasn't worth it; not the employee's fault, as she told the manager who just walked by and left.
After a long, hectic, stressful day we decided to grab McDonald’s for dinner tonight. Three of the four burgers in our order either had things removed or added, so we opted for curbside. The food was out very quickly. The gentleman that brought it out was very nice and warned me that the fries were very hot, just in case I decided to sneak a few on the way home. Our order was perfectly made, hot and brought a relaxing end to our crazy day.
Ordered food through the drive-through. Was told to pull ahead and wait. So 20 minutes later I had to walk in and ask for my money back. Of course they wouldn't even comp me the two drinks I already received at the window. I guess I should have asked for gas money for having to sit and wait. They all looked at me clueless because they forgot my order and told me I'd have to wait another 5-10 minutes. Sorry, can't do that when you have a 2 year old getting restless in the car. The supe did apologize but I still will never return.
Dull food, simple and crowded. Not really a good value for their customary offerings, already and somewhat stale or semi cold offerings. Simple and unflavored burgers. Unless you like ready made a d unflavored food, id stay away from the Mac.
First off, let me start with something nice. The young lady taking the orders/payment was friendly. It was busy, so I got stuck at her window for a few minutes. She complimented my shirt and held a conversation with me. I get to the pick-up window where the young lady doesn't greet you at all. She went to hand me my medium soda, and it was only 3/4's full and had no ice. I asked if it had ice. She says, "Oh, you wanted ice." Um, yes, yes, I did. She takes the drink back, and I proceed to wait. After about 3 minutes, the window opened, and she handed me my meal. Again, she doesn't speak a word to me. I sat there again for another few minutes. She finally turned to look at me, and I signaled to her. She opens the window and says, "Yeah." I asked for my drink. She said, "it's being made." I wait another minute, and she hands me another cup, only filled 3/4's with 3 ice cubes. At that point, I'm annoyed. I took my drink and left. Her service and attitude were both awful. Btw, this was on 3/3 around 6:40 pm. I hope management sees this and talks to their staff. Maybe tell them to have a better attitude and to treat their patrons better.
I would like to know how tf it is possible for the shake machine to possible be "down" at 1:00 p.m. lunch time at that smdh. Also I will not ever be returning to this location as long as Dominique works here simple because of the attitude she appears to have EVERY time I have came here. I hope the GM sees this review and actually cares enough to do something about it.
At the last week visit, didn't get my total food order, had to reorder and wait. At the visit before that, the drinks tasted like clorox mixed in sprite, all 3 drinks were like that. I called the manager and she indicated that having trouble with the soda machine and it had been repaired but would check into it. Offered new drinks but its not reasonable to drive 5miles for a 3 new sodas after I am home. Should have taken name and left a gift card at facility for the drinks. Really busy all the time. Never a problem with breakfast food.
This place is going downhill the food sucks the people working here are still great ever since new ownership the quality of the food has gone down to the pits they used to have great iced tea now it tastes like soapy dish water I'm going over to the store on 44 from now on
Seems like there's always something wrong with an order. This time was a drive thru order , I ordered number 6 with sub out pop for a shake mmm I get a filet of fish alright but no fries !! He punched them individually so filet and shake that's it ! I'm here 4-8 times a month seems like 1 out of that many times is not bad but that's every month and I'm not the only person buying here
