Went to Lost lagoon to have a nice dinner. The woman who apparently was supposed to seat the customer was rude! She told us it would impossible to be seated outside due to the fact they had just sat a party of 20? As you can see there is no party of 20? There was 2 of us? She literally walked away from us? She could of been a lot nicer! We will never go back there again!
I consider myself a local now. When I first got here I tried this place and it was fantastic. I couldn't wait to get back for another burger! Fast forward two years now. The last five times was disappointing. That's right five. They were closed one night for an employee Christmas party. It was April. The second time was a power outage. Still wanting a burger I came back again. WOW they were open. Problem is the burger was not cooked to my liking. I have food allergies so I am not sure if it was the waitress or kitchen. #4. Almost got into it with another patron at the bar. By the way there is never any seating at the bar. I was the bigger adult and let them have the seat. 5. Busy night one hour wait. Wife wanted a salad so we stayed. Name on list . . Eventually I noticed others arriving after us got seated first. After 3 times I confronted the manager. She apologized for the new hostess. Eventually got the food. It was lukewarm this time and cooked wrong again. They also changed their type of French fries. Ate it anyway against my better judgment. Only because Wife was with me, into 2 hours by now. Not sure if I will return again.
Three seniors had lunch here outdoors. Good casual spot near airport. Casual fare. Good service. Burger was delicious.
This is among our favorite places in Daytona and New Smyrna Beach. Food always exceptional, prices reasonable, service fun, fast and friendly! We brought a crowd on Mothers Day for the buffet, everyone in the group thought it the best experience they ever had. Every item was extremely great and perfectly done. From shrimp to roast beef to breakfast meats truly outstanding. On other trips the burgers are always excellent and their Philly subs fantastic. My wife enjoys all of their seafood especially shrimp and fish sandwiches and dishes. Never once have had anything less than perfect and we sometimes eat there 3 times a week. Love this place and these great people and more importantly, so has each of our guests we bring along.
My wife, grandson and I stopped by Saturday for lunch. My grilled burger was the best burger I have had at a restaurant. Could truly taste the grill flavor I have only had from my homemade burgers. Wife said her grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was awesome again because of the grilling. Grandson said the wings were the best he had as an 11-year-old. Service was awesome and the GM stopped by and asked us how the experience was. That was nice. as a 50 minute drive, we will be adding this to our regular monthly stops! Highly recommend!!
I loved this place a lot! They really know how to treat hungry guests here at the Lost Lagoon. Our waitresses, Jillian and Taylor, were very attentive, helpful, and sweet. Kudos to them for making my friends and I have a great experience! For our appetizers, my friends and I got Pretzel Bites (not pictured), Mozzy Sticks, and Onion Petals. They were all home runs and very delicious. The onion petals and pretzel bites both came in tremendous portions with some good sauce to go with them as well. The mozzarella sticks were also cooked to perfection with a crisp to go along with it. could For my entrée, I got blazin’ wings with some fries and bleu cheese. The wings, despite not being as saucy as I thought it would be, still had a good kick of spice and flavor. To top it off, they were super crispy and the wings were also juicy enough to match the crisp ratio. Next time I’m back in Ponce Inlet, you’ll most likely be seeing me again sometime soon.
The staff and food are great! Don’t be fooled by the amount of cars in the parking lot…lots of seating. Very bright and spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.
