I found this place to be horrible.....the service was a nightmare. Drive thru was closed so u had to go in...around 5 people working and 1 giy taking orders...people waited for over 20 min to get food... none of the employees seemed do be doing anything...my first job back in 1979 was at kfc....i would have ran circles around all of them...they had plenty of chicken because I saw it...they always have a sign out front wanting help and no one I know will go there because of the service...someone needs to take charge or i dont see this place lasting in new symrna...publix is RIGHT NEXT DOOR and they have even better chicken!!! I saw a sign today they are wanting help...they need to train or clean house!!
The food is very good. But the service is terrible. Yesterday I pulled up and ordered a 3 piece evtra crispy meal at the drive thru. They said they didn't have any chicken. Which is kind of ridiculous being that it's KFC and it's 6 pm. Anyway I said how long before the chicken is ready. They said 6 minutes for extra crispy, 10 for original. I said okay, I'll wait I want the 3 piece extra crispy. They had me pull thru and go to the window, I paid. They didn't give me my drink. I was okay with that, my food will be ready in 6 minutes. I pulled up to wait, and sat there. And sat there, and sat there. Finally at one point after about 18 minutes some girl comes out and is like are to waiting for door dash? I said no I ordered this and showed her my receipt. She said oh okay like she remembered. She went back in there. Anyway after about 35 minutes from the time I ordered she finally came out and brought me my meal. No exaggerating 35 minutes. And I didn't even get my drink. I didn't even care. I was nice about it, didn't say anything. Anyway, tonight my dad went there and ordered a meal. He couldn't order from the drive thru so he had to go inside. When he got in there they was already an agitated individual who said he had been there for 30 minutes. And another guy who was pretty upset as well as he had been waiting too. My dad ordered a bowl and he waited for 15 minutes. Again, the food is good that's why they get 2 stars, but the service is beyond ridiculous. Expect it.
I've been here for both dine-in and Carry out and they're just doing things differently now. He used to walk in everything was prepared maybe you had to wait a few minutes on something but now there either really slow so everything is made to order I don't know what's going on but I can tell you that I've waited 10-15 minutes for dine in and for drive-thru. In fact the food is so hot when it's served there's no point in even doing dine-in you're better off the drive home because it'll be actually safer to eat
I have been trying to go to this KFC to eat because I'm hungry every time I get there it's closed. I've been there at 9:30 they're closed 9:55 they're closed 10:00 they're closed I asked the employee that was in the parking lot they say they're closed. On the website says KFC is open until 10:30 p.m. but I guess KFC closes whenever they feel like it because they don't need any money and they're okay with that. Well I'm going to spend my money on a restaurant that's actually open and not falsely advertised when they close.
Terrible! Food is good if you can get it. A few times I went in and they had NO chicken. Usually a 15 minute wait. Less than 50% chance they get order right. If I didn’t like KFC I’d never go back.
I gave this location 3 stars bc the wait in the drive through lane was over 20 minutes. When it finally was our turn we placed a small order and had to wait another 15 minutes. Ridiculous ! However the food was reallygood, the staff was pleasant and not expensive considering.
Seems short staffed. Out if almost everything I asked for on top of spending $41 which I don't understand how. Also still had to wait almost 30mins for my food which I was never told about when ordering. Definitely will stick to driving to a further destination for KFC especially since it takes the same amount of time to get my food anyways.
It was pretty good. Fries were the best part. Chicken was good. Biscuits are not the best but they really aren’t the reason people go to KFC.
It was good, wasn't told they were out of corn but the lady made up for it by putting extra pieces of chicken in the famous bowl for my husband. Super clean place and the food is always delicious.
I'll stop and just get 2 chicken thighs and an order of their fries...then eat those fries on the way home THEY ARE SO GOOD!
