I've been in NSB for almost 2 years and for almost 2 years I've been searching for pizza like I got up home in Philadelphia. My search is finally over.My brother, visiting from abroad, and I walked into Flagler Ave pizza and as soon as we got through the door we smiled at the familiar scents of a real, honest to goodness, NY/Phila style pizzeria--just like when we were kids. The pizza was to die for, fresh and hot with the crust, crispy on the bottom, soft baked on top. The toppings were quality tops, well prepared for each pizza.Highly recommend Flagler Avenue Pizza Company -- especially if, like me, you are searching for real NE-USA style pizza???

We ordered 5 large pizzas and 3 salads for a family reunion dinner. The company was very prompt on the delivery and everyone raved about how good everything tasted. The dinner was a success!
I normally never write a review however i could not help mention this - I arrived 40 minutes prior to closing in person - I walked in with the OPEN sign still on and wanted to place a carry out order. With no question as to what I was ordering, I was told no new orders were being taken.As a small business owner, I am not a believer in "the customer is always right", however I do ask questions and try to accommodate with all of my clients. I would absolutely understand if it was 10 minutes prior to closing but it was not the case. This is some of the best pizza since moving to NY I have found but it left a very bad taste in my mouth with the experience.
The dough is absolute perfection. Crispy, dry bottom, with a little char. Airy and light in the middle. But somehow they pull off the perfect amount of rubbery chew, that is a perfect crust. Sauce is solid, toppings good, nothing off about this pizza. 9.8/10
My husband and I go fishing nearby and sometimes bring our kids friends and family. We decided to try this private owned restaurant and the customer service is impeccable. Wings are absolutely delicious and the beef pizza was amazing. I spoke to the owner Anthony, he was friendly and courteous. Definitely will be back look forward to trying the popular garlic bread.
Ordered delivery and it was fast and hot. Had pizza, meatball appetizer, side salads and cheesy garlic bread. We did not eat it all but the meatballs were great with lots of sauce! It was all good and we were full and happy. Prices were reasonable too. You can’t go wrong with the $2.95 meatballs.
Horribly soggy Gluten Free pizza. The regular pizza looked good and my family loved it, but their Gluten free was definitely not cooked well and droopy and way too moist! We ordered one cheese GF and one with veggies; both were floppy and just gross. I do NOT recommend their GF. So sad- for the price of pizza it was very underwhelming!
A must to go too! Ordered a Cheese Steak sandwich with Fry's .. Enough for two people that to eat..and be full.. EXCELLENT! SERVED HOT! While waiting I hand 2 slices of Pizza! Good size slices! Mouth watering! Hot out the oven . It was like the 4th of July in my mouth..Flavors bursting.. Fantastic! The place was clean.. employees friendly.. ..the area basically tourists..I WILL GO BACK! Value for your money! Visit you'll be glad you did! Rating - 10
The most delicious pizza since I moved from CT. Service was excellent, friendly, and professional. Biggest steak/cheese combo ever for the price. Keep doing your thing ? ?.
