4 employees and a empty restaurant. I thought, this would be fast. This was the first time taking my daughter there and bragged to her how this place is better then subway. 2 subs ordered and not to be toasted and waited 26 minutes. People who ordered after us was getting there food before us. Asked why it was taking so long and got attitude. When I finally got my order it was wrong. No Oil & vinegar MEANS NO OIL & VINEGAR! She couldn't even eat her sub. There was no way I would even eat my sub in front of her and felt so bad that I told her let's eat at home instead and left. Who was I to complain to the staff with attudes. When we got home I tossed both subs ($26 bucks worth) and ordered pizza so we could both eat together as a family as intended. First impression means alot, and they failed on all accounts. You want better ratings then provide better service. Meantime my daughter and I will be going to Subway for our subs for now on.
While I love firehouse and it's food, the attitudes of some of their employees is quite poor.
Firehouse is my favorite. I come to this location all the time. I would gladly pay more for a superior sub. However tonight 3/10 was a disappointment. I placed an online order for a large New York steamer for takeout at 7:00 for 7:15 pickup. Which costs $13 these days. They called when I was on my way and said the toaster was broken. They said they couldn't toast the bread but the meat and cheese would be hot like normal. Fine I said. I arrived on time and had to wait a few minutes which is fine. However, there was nobody in the restaurant and no take out orders sitting in the pick up area. But whatever, they're extra slow tonight. When I was handed my sub I could tell immediately they skimped on it. There was probably half the normal amount of meat. It looked like a subway sub but worse. I could have gone to Publix and paid less and got a better sub. I could have gone to Subway and paid less and got a better sub. Both of which are in the same plaza. I hope this was a fluke and this franchisee isn't just another business owner trying to charge more for less. If that is the case, do you think customers won't notice? Most people aren't stupid. Like I said, I come all the time and such a drastic reduction in quality is definitely noticed. I will come again but if I receive a less then subway quality sandwich for $13 again I'm not coming back. And I'm sure I won't be the only one.
Firehouse Sub is one of my favorite places is better than other locations. At this location the people were nice but not as friendly as most Firehouse subs locations. The best thing I can say about this location is their sandwiches are actually the best sandwiches from any of the Firehouse Sub locations that I've eaten.
Always been slow for making the orders for me and I honestly feel like it's overrated but I think it's cool that part of the profit goes to support the firefighter needs
Good quality sub. First time ordering from Firehouse here in NSB and was very pleased.
Where's the beef? They have made the sandwiches mostly bread now. They still taste good, but not a value for the money.
Did online order for 1 of my subs got the engineer sub and it says it comes with mushrooms always does but didn’t get any, asked for no tomato got that, don’t even think I got the right sub and then they forgot to toast both subs I ordered.
Horrible service. Sub was incorrect. I called back and they was very rude!! They called me back and told me I couldn't get a refund or a new sub without a receipt. I told her we was not given a receipt but I would bring the sub back. She said nope have to have the receipt. Told her I was calling corporate and she said good luck with that. Will never go back there and I am. It finished with this yet.
As far as a Firehouse goes, the place was clean, food was good, and the service was alright.
