Today was free donut day, so I indulged. Never again. I know it was free, but still, it was practically inedible. Whoever made these donuts did not set the oil at the proper temperature or did not cook them the proper length of time. It was a blueberry cake donut that was extremely thin looking, and the reason for that was it had not been fully cooked. The inside was dense and oily and very disgusting. Some quality control is needed! anyone on the staff should’ve been able to tell that these were not made correctly. However, my coffee was fine and the service was friendly.

Very busy, staff was irritable, by the time we received the last food item the other food was cold. One staff member just threw my avocado box on the counter to me, how was I to know it was mine when there were many others waiting for items. I told a staff member that there were no straws she put a stack of them on the counter and I took them all and put them where the straws belonged.

I'm a daily customer, and today's visit was horrible. Not for the quality of their tea, but customer service. For some reason it took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru today with no explanation. I expressed my frustration when I finally reached the window. Everyone in that line should have been comped. No communication. Once you are in line it's circular, so you don't have an option to leave unless those in front or behind you leave. The young blonde's response to me was "you saw how long the line was, and she didn't make me stay." There were 5 people ahead of me and 3 behind me. No reason for a 35 minute wait! The young lady needs to sit with her manager and learn some customer service because this is a skill set she is lacking. I don't need to be told I could have left, and I would have, had I had better options to get out. And to top it off.. my order was wrong!

Normally this is my go to Dunkin. They're usually friendly and quick. However this time I had my order placed in the app and when I got there at drive-thru first I was asked to hold on which is fine. Then when she came back I started to say I have an order then she very rudely cut me off and said well we just got it. I said you didn't even let me talk and she responded well it's the only app oder and there's only 3 of us here so is there anything else you need. I almost turned Karen but kept my cool while I told them how rude that was and would have just left if I wouldn't have already paid in app.. I did found out her name is Makara. I won't be back to this location again!

Pro: they get your order right every time!Con: this is the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been in. Normally about a 15 to 20 minute trip through the drive thru.I know a lot of places are short staffed, but this one has always been like this, even pre-covid. The people are usually pretty nice though.

We were having a hard time ordering pick-up via the app, so we called this location about 30 minutes prior to needing a very large order. 4 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of coffee. The drive thru was at least 10 cars long and the employees were swamped. They accepted our order and worked like mad to get it done with only about a 10 minute wait. The lady who worked the cashier was definitely overwhelmed but was very friendly, accommodating and the ultimate professional. She does not get the recognition she deserves, I wish I remembered her name. Best Dunkin' I've been to!

coffee tastes watered down, only non milk option was almond. hash browns looked like they were cooked by hunter biden during a bender. they were all smashed..the girl at register didnt say sorry or 1 word..went to back..my misses is standing there and says what do you want me to do with these...the girl told my misses to go throw them away...I must be getting old seems like nobody wants to do their jobs anymore..its ok, we are retired and can go wherever we want to eat..dunkin is just closer than the new starbucks beach side NSB.we had to wait for fresh ones..the sandwich bagel the cheese wasnt even melted..we live locally and quality seems to have gone down here..I had coffee at edgwater Dunkin and it was as strong as a good mcdonalds or Starbucks. I read that some Dunkin are adding hot water to coffee to save money..it sure tasted like it.

Wish I could put no stars. Horrible service, not the cleanest and horrible management. Manager is rude and nasty, my drink was not what I ordered and asked if it could be remade and she started mumbling rude stuff under her breath. Another employee (heavier mixed younger girl) was also very rude to me. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Food was disgusting and drinks are never made right. Something needs to be done.

I don’t even know where to start. Walk in, flies are everywhere. Walk up to the register speak with young woman who was sweet. I believe her name was Ashley. Then proceed to the next counter. The lady that claims she is the manager, hand me my drink. I am waiting on my food, so I slide my straw in and it’s missing sugar. No biggie. I just asked if she could add sugar to it. The manager lady rolls her eyes at me and doesn’t even respond, doesn’t take my cup and starts slamming stuff and began to yell at the Ashley girl. She didn’t even make it, why is she being yelled at. She slams my bag of food down and puts down my new drink and then walks away to get back to taking drive thru orders. Didn’t even say anything, no sorry, absolutely nothing. I wasn’t even upset. All I asked was for sugar. I didn’t make a big deal over it, she shouldn’t have either. From her reactions, she sure likes she hates her job. I feel sorry for people that are miserable. ps I’m not a Karen. I only wanted sugar. But Ashley was very sweet and very attentive when she took my order.

Summary: We got the wrong sandwich made twice. The redone sandwich was still not made properly but we took it. The manager was unapologetic.I will do this in list format to make it easier to read.1. It took fifteen minutes to get one sandwich, an order of omelet bites and a iced matcha. This by itself was fine. It happens. Maybe they were busy at the drive-thru.2. I ordered a sourdough sandwich with sausage instead of bacon. After getting my order and pulling on to the highway, my wife informed me that the sandwich had bacon on it and not sausage. I turned around.3. I explained to the manager that I got the wrong order. I ordered my sandwich with sausage but it was made with bacon. She looked at the tag on my bag and said,” That says bagels”. Sure enough, someone put my order in the wrong bag in the first place.4. I assured her that it was not bagels inside and handed her my receipt. She said nothing. She just turned to the kid working the line and he started remaking my order.5. The kid remade the order and handed it to me. I checked the bag before I left. Bacon. It was bacon again.6. I put the sandwich on the counter, gained eye contact with the manager and said one word. “Sausage”7. She said nothing to me, turned to the kid again and he began remaking the sandwich. With bacon. Again.8. She caught him and began making the sandwich herself. I watched. She did not toast both pieces of bread so I have one piece of bread and one piece of toast.9. Finally, she hands me a sandwich with sausage on it. Her apology consisted of the words,” Here you go.” Yeah. She’s not sorry.10. That was my hour-long experience at this store getting the wrong sandwich twice before getting a half-cold hastily thrown together version of the one I ordered. With no apologies.I want to end with a positive. The cashier, Ashley (299046), was fantastic. Quick, friendly and had put in the order correctly.I have sent this to corporate. I will avoid this store in the future.
