I ordered a 20oz coffee got a 16oz. Spent over 6 dollars for it. Didn’t have time to ask for another one.
This place is amazing! It is placed perfectly, with the convenience of being off of Flagler Ave, but it is tucked back just enough for it to feel more private and cozy. I have tried several coffee spots on the island, and I have to say that this was my favorite (the coffee itself actually tases good)! I got the Namaste cold brew, and it had just the right amount of sweetness. 10/10!
I love this local coffee shop! The employees helped me find the perfect drink. And they were very nice and friendly and we had a great conversation.
They made a delicious brave latte for me...with inside seating as well as a nice outdoor shaded sitting area. I highly recommend Cool Beans Cafe.
To whom it may concern,Today, February 26, I came to your store in New Smyrna and I have received the most awful experience ever. Starting that your employee Ashlyn after she greeted us, asked how many flavors will be so she could being the scoops. I was amazed that scoops were not close to the gelato, as it supposed to, later I found out that she wrapped up to leave. After she charged me the 3 gelatos (one with 1 scoop, 2nd one with 3 scoops and a 3rd one with 2 scoops) she asked me if I was paying all of them. I replied that I will pay the total which was $14.38. The question was weird for me since she’s the employee and I thought that she knew what she was charging, but apparently was not the case. The thing was that she asked me again if I was paying the 3 gelatos, which I replied that if the $14.38 are the total of the gelatos, yes I will pay it. Then I sat down with my other 2 friends and in less than 15 minutes she told us that we can eat the gelatos outside since she will be closing the store, being mean and rude. Since I saw her continued bad attitude I told her that was okay that she was kicking us out. Once I stepped outside the store, she told my friend that she didn’t wanted to sound mean, and my friend replied “but you did”. We had never received a poor customer service like that. Was our first time there and for sure the last one. I don’t mind spending money, but I will never spend a single penny on this store after the service that she provided. Definitely zero manners! This kind of service is disrespectful to your brand. I am a coach and my daily basis is ensure that my team is providing an excellent service that will exceed any customer expectation. So sad that your employee Ashlyn doesn’t know what that is. I wish my review was completely different, but Ashlyn definitely demonstrated that a good customer service is not her priority since she kicked us out to close the store. As a professional in this matter, I would recommend a coaching or an employee replacement to avoid your company from losing more customers.
This is the best coffee shop on Flagler avenue!!!! coffee shop is just adorable! Super great spot to sit and enjoy local roasted coffee and pastries. The service was wonderful and our barista was so friendly and helpful. They also have some amazing gelatos! I would 10/10 recommend
Ordered a 12 Oz latte and a 16 0z Chia tea latte she asked me chia coffee latte I asked for a Chia tea latte Answer oh I guess I can make a Chia tea latteGot wrong sizes on both orders I would like a 16 Oz Chia Latte teaOh she said let me fix it she poured it in a 16 0z cup and just added a doll up of latteThen I drank the Latte tea it was awful no taste whatsoever cup was 3/4 full very watered down The coffee latte also have no taste .Very poor quality on both . Sad to say but not coming back Cute courtyard to sit and enjoy a coffee or tea
Awesome lattes. The courtyard is a beautiful and relaxing place to have a cup of coffee with plants, fountain, and chimes. Highly recommend!
Visited them a few years back on a family vacation and was super excited to see that they were still here all this time later! I absolutely love them. They are super kind, have great muffins, and have coffee ice so your drink doesn't get watered down. I highly recommend!
Coffee was great, ice-cream very tasty especially mango flavor with pieces of fruit. Great customer service.
