Stopped by for the happy hour which started before noon. $5 house margaritas and wines $4 household drinks. The frozen margarita was acceptable but for my second I ordered a blue curacao floater to give it a better taste for an upcharge but it was worth it. We decided to stay for lunch. My wife ordered the special steak fajitas and I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas from the regular menu to get the shrimp. Since my wife is allergic to onions and garlic they were able to make the with just the peppers. This was very good and enough for leftovers for the next day. Location was convenient, right in the shop area of New Smyrna Beach by the ocean. Regular menu pricing was a little steep for Mexican food but we were in a tourist area and it was a convenient walk from the resort. Great and friendly service.
This was definitely the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The food looked decent but the taste did not match. The food was American style and not the least bit authentic. The margarita tasted premade and very watery. The rice appeared to be the minute rice you cook on the stove. Very mushy. The beans tasted like they were from a can. The young female servers were at the tables with Patrons and loudly cursing and talking about parties, other people, and High School drama. Very unprofessional. The server we had was less than attentive. I can imagine this place only stays open because of the location and unsuspecting tourists but as a local I will not be back. Also the food quality is completely different from the delicious food that Cafe Verde serves. Cafe Verde is the adjacent restaurant I was advised was run by the same owners. Taco Bell honestly tastes better. I cannot imagine how this place comes highly recommended.*There was one young man with short brown hair who appeared to be a food runner that I have to highlight his exceptional service. He was the only person who asked if we needed anything and took our plates away. He wasn't even our server.
I should have taken it as a bad sign that this Mexican restaurant had an Irish four leaf clover on the sign. Irish and Mexican don’t mix. We stayed for margaritas which were decent, and then we got some guacamole which was described as “made fresh” on the menu—but it was far from that. It was clearly the kind of ‘guac’ you get squeezed out of a bad. You know the kind they have at subway? Yeah I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. However I will say our service was excellent, and our server was very kind to take the guac off our bill.
The food was delicious!!!! The server was on the ball. The staff were very friendly. The salsa was fresh and tasty. The top shelf nachos were amazing and very fresh with tender chicken and cheese. Well done!!!

Great service and atmosphere
Good food and reasonably priced for Flagler Avenue. Staff was very friendly, polite and attentive. Tends to be a little loud but not too much so.
Awful service I don’t know why I’m surprised we have given this place multiple chances not one time where we satisfied found hair my food the first time server was disrespectful. This time the the food was over priced for a quesadilla that was the size of my hand it was enough for a kid to eat to top it off the server had a pay while some of us where still eating. (the place wasn’t busy there was no rush) anyways the food was alright it was just disappointing.
The service was great! The place was clean. The food was really bad. The salsa is made from canned stewed tomatoes which was not pleasant. The red sauce on the burritos had very little flavor. I don't beleive the rice was made in-house (possibly pre-made and microwaved).
