The food I ordered was good and all the things I wanted were available. The servers were friendly. BUT, the restaurant was a mess! I could not find a clean table, I cleaned one before I sat. The kitchen was a mess too. Stacks of empty containers and food everywhere. None of the surfaces in the kitchen area looked like they had been cleaned off all day long.
Brand new Chipotle and the place is disgusting. They do not clean the dining area or wipe down the drink station. They left the mat on the stools soaking wet. The crew member who took my payment looked half asleep or high. I ate in the dining room (about 20 minutes) and the drink area still had not been cleaned up.
It's good for a healthy fast food option. How ever, if you need delivery like uber or grub hub, count on about 1/2 portions. I was delivered a super small portion myself, complained and then sent a photo. They said the portion was normal. So...ok healthier fast food, poor portions for delivery.
Delicious. We shared a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, the new marinated chicken whose name eludes me. We had medium salsa and corn salsa and cheese added. It was satisfying and delicious. If you are a weight watcher it would be easy to configure this meal for minimum points
This is a brand new store and we are not eating here again. We went on a Tuesday at 3pm. Not a busy time at all. The music was too loud to order food or hear the person next to you without almost shouting. The person behind counter did not seem to care at all about anything, least of all our meals. She couldn't hear us or pay attention for the number of seconds it takes to say white rice. Our food portions were the smallest I have ever seen at a Chipotle. We didn't receive everything we ordered. I live nearby and will never go back. Wawa is next door, it's a gas station and the food and service is better.My anxiety rating for this restaurant is 5 stars.
A very good Chipotle. The food was excellent (I have eaten at a ton of Chipotle's). It was crowded and they put the people through fast. I'm glad NSB has a Chipotle now.
Food is below average compared to most chipotles. We had a pickup scheduled for 12:10 that we scheduled at 8:40 yet the food was still not ready by then. They made it in front of me. It is pathetic. We had to wait 20 mins for a bowl that we ordered 4 hours before. And what is that.. soup? It’s supposed to be a bowl. And they had no ice.
Nobody trained, long wait, switched the employee who was serving me, she didn't know how to make it! Then she put them in aluminum foil together. Wait at the cashier for change, out of silver. The 83 cents was given back in nickels. Photos
Went to this location three times out of the three times. I never had a decent meal. Every time they were out of something and the food has always tasted bad. I ordered today and the chicken was colder than the sour cream. Staff has always been friendly but this location is the worst Chipotle's I've ever tasted. I will never go again!
Proportion size is not great every time a go. They will either Underserve or over serve your food options, and found hair in my food, if you want good chipotle go to the one in port orange. But maybe it’s just me
