Food was great service was great. Had only one issue.The cashier was very unwelcoming.She made us feel so uncomfortable.We Watched her with the people before us and it was very different in the way she talked,acted and took our order.It was like she didn't want us THERE made us very UNCOMFORTABLE.We almost walked out but we didn't.Enjoyed the food but her actions took away from how great the food and the waitress was.. SADLY
Philly cheese is great, hands down and even going to the home of them it was on par or better. Burgers tho, I ordered a medium rare burger wasn't fully that but in parts. However, it was so juicy and tasted great, I honestly can't complain at all. I'll always come back and let the juicy burger melt the bun!
Had the best sub ever steak and cheese and number 14. Wish it was closer to my home. Service and food was great. Perfect end to the day. Thank you
Really impressed. Clean, updated decor. Friendly staff. But most importantly...the sandwiches were remarkably good. This was my first visit but certainly won't be my last.

Very nice clean place to eat,, we always enjoy going to joe's.. especially since his expansion on his place it's just a calm relaxed environment..highly recommend and definitely affordable with large portions of food
This is a hidden gem for sure. Walked in with my husband just to see what they had for lunch, everyone was very friendly! The service was timely. This food was far beyond my expectations, I ordered the bacon cheese burger sub burger was cooked to perfection! Absolutely delicious, my husband got the all Italian and it did not disappoint. Your prices are great your food is amazing !!!! Thank you so much!
These are the best subs in New Smyrna Beach area. Every time I'm in this morning with all this stop by for lunch. Very friendly staff always have a smile on their face.
