The chicken was moist. But this sandwich is over $9. By itself. No fries no drink. It came with a tomato slice and 2 tiny TINY slices of bacon and a squirt of sauce.No need to go back.
Lucas and Sage are the bomb! They always greet with a warm smile and always go above and beyond. I used to manage a Zaxby's and these are 2 employees I would have loved to have at my store 11 years ago. Keep up the great work!I've been coming to this location for a couple of years. Even if the store is slow, I always get fresh food and not the stuff that's held over for 30 minutes. Excellent job to the kitchen staff as well!
So here's the scoop on my first visit to Zaxby's. Atmosphere and vibe were very attractive and warm. The restroom out side of the stall in the men's room was clean. Stall had "water?" All over the floor making it impossible to use the toilet unless you wanted your pants in the "water" :(. Now for the food! The best chicken breast in size, juiciness and tenderness of any I've ever had. Only complaint is that it's very salty. Not sure why... If it wasn't it would be the best chicken sandwich ever in a fast food restaurant. The fries were hot and fresh. Stephani was pleasant and attentive.
Ordered 5 tender plate. Waited for 30min, got my food the tenders I received were the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald's. Definitely not worth the $12 I paid. I've been coming to this location for a while and it just seems to worse every time I visit
I rate it five stars because of extreme cleanliness and quick orders delivery,however if you can't have high sodium intake,their food is extremely salty beyond explanation,I will not eat there again because of this,for younger people it is a good fast food place I think
Went through the drive-thru. It was quick barely a wait. They were out of the fried mushrooms...bummer. but overall the staff was friendly and happy. Will go to this restaurant again. It is very convenient for my family and I.
So you pay asuch as they charge for some simple chicken fingers, but they try to charge you extra for BBQ sauce. Why do I have to pay extra for my condiment of choice? Apparently one pack of sauce is enough for 4 chicken strips and a double order of fries ..just sad.
Zaxby's has a pretty nice menu. Nothing too special about this location. Food was pretty good. Took a while to get our food. Dining room was pretty empty.
I had heard that Zaxby's was the best chicken out there. I have to say that they are in the pack, but not leading it. I have had both sandwiches and tenders and, unfortunately, neither has impressed me. Periodically I have, for convenience, stopped in for a quick sandwich, hoping for better, always hoping.
The staff working at this location were excellent, and the poor review reflects only the quality of the food. A small garbage salad, wings that resembled cadaver flesh, fries seasoned with MSG, and a small order of chicken fingers (the only appetizing item ordered) was a few cents under $50!
