I came to get breakfast biscuits for my family of 8 and to be told it's a limit of 5 biscuits so what am I supposed to do tell the other 3 members of the family sorry but it was a limit of 5 biscuits well I guess I want be going to Wendy's no more for breakfast REALLY WENDY'S
At best, Food was luke warm and fries were not freshly hot. The workers were very friendly and polite and their hours are great for late night munchers. Prices are off the roof and I can almost understand that but, the least they can do is monitor their food so that the consumer can at least enjoy their meal while spending their hard earn money in efforts of supporting our local businesses during these hard times. Sorry Wendys; you can do better.
I have loved their half priced breakfasts this month. I was able to fully indulge my obsession with the pineapple mango lemonade. They continue to have really great customer service.
For years, Wendy's has been a nice clean (better) fastfood restaurant in New Port Richey. I walked in there this evening and was shocked how dirty it was, let alone, my order was wrong. I'd probably understand if they were busy. There were 3 people inside. Do better.
Went there tonight & the staff was on target. Marilyn (I hope I spelled it correctly) in particular was amazing. She went above and beyond customer service. They need more employees like her there. I was a little skeptical about going there because lately the food & service hasn't been good at all. But if they continue to provide the service they did tonight, we will continue to go there. Marilyn you rock in customer service.
Always a good quality Wendy's, consistent, very good, always kind staff as well as super clean restaurantI've been to a lot of Wendy's across the country as a truck driver and this is one of the best
Extremely upset that I get home and miss items of my paid for order, almost every time. Today, no taco chips with my taco salad!!!!! And the kicker was, Wendy’s wasn’t busy when I went inside to get my order! So my taco salad is just hard center lettuce parts that most people discard, two tiny pieces of center yellow tomato, about 5-7 shreds of cheese and a small bowl of chili! Wth Wendy’s!!!!!! Not Happy with you folks at all! ?
I don't go here very often and I'm reminded why.Sure the fries were hot as guaranteed but they were stale and dark brown like they'd been fried in yesterday's oil.Spicy chicken, how can you mess up chicken? Easy, serve it up dry and thin, Dave would be ashamed of the quality of the meal I received.
The food is good, the staff is really nice. The reason for the three-star review. Is I go to that place in the late evening, and there seems to always be some kind of issue on why they can't do this that or the other. If they would resolve their late night issues, then I would be glad to give it a higher review.
My husband and i, had lunch there earlier. We each had a 4for4, chicken sandwich him, double stack me... Mine was delicious besides my nuggs and his was just awful. All the chicken in our order was cold, hard, just very disappointing. But on a positive note the frosty that my husband ordered was delicious and fabulous. ??????
