This used to be the good Wendy's in the area.I am sick of paying for food that I am not receiving.If I have to confirm the order item by item in line, I will, but since that's really a manager's job to make sure the employees are doing their job, I think I deserve the manager's salary too.
Doors are always locked with no explanation. 1sr time ordered from Wendy's online, no instructions where to pick up, parked in the mobile orders spot, no one acknowledged me for 15mins. Went to drive thru and was told I was at the wrong location bc nobody knew the address where they were waking. 2nd time at drive thru the Mgr yelled at us for not knowing where to pick up our order and also got our order wrong. Not going back to this location again.
Let’s talk about the fast food industry of today.. if the pandemic taught us anything is these employees are worth their weight in gold these days, however if they are under performing then that’s no longer the case… this particular location is a free for all, as the employees just do what they please, operate as they want and fail to produce a satisfying, satisfactory and quality product.. undercooked, over salted French fries, dry old nuggets, and the lack of sanitary behavior. The grill guy was utilizing one glove, in what seemed like a sight to overlook as he handles food with the gloved hand and used the utensils to place condiments on the sandwiches he still used the ungloved hand to place buns in the toaster.. I understand the fry cook may not be required to use gloves while scooping fries as well as the expediter bagging is not required, but perception is everything. Employees with hats backwards, ear buds in ears or hanging from their neck, use of cell phones is the least of the issue here, but still should be mentioned. I’ll stick to the drive thru, if I decide to patronize this location in the future, may be safer to visit another nearby location next time.
The staff at this Wendy's is always so incredibly sweet every time I go there. While other places have their level of service diminishing due to lack of staff, this location seems to have found some gems.
Took my order in a speedy fashion and food was good. Honored the Lightning offer for free double stack with purchase
Fast service by the time you get your drink the food is ready. Really nice on a 30 minute lunch break.?
I had a good experience, the lady who took the order was very friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. The restaurant looked clean and inviting. The location is great right off SR 54
I saw NO masks on ANY workers. Rather slow service. The food was decent except no butter or sour cream accompanied the baked potato.
My wife and I love Wendy’s for the late night snack. Me working in fast food understanding the frustration of last min customers I never come with 30 mins or less until close. Online said 1am as all Wendy’s usually are. Closed at 11:45 I knock on the window the lady working looked at me and disappeared. Manager came to the window after I left and came back bc I decided we’d eat at checkers and seen someone else trying to get food she’s like we’re closed which is totally unacceptable and this place is a disgrace to the franchise
Went this evening 12/18/21 on my way home from tampa and stopped to get some dinner for my girlfriend and I, This is the last time I get Wendy’s as I was not given a receipt nor were the fries remotely fresh, I was 1 of the 2 customers in line so busy wasn’t the reason, Very sub standard practices for a fast food establishment
