There was a long line and they took for ever to take my order and then when I go to the window, it's because the 2 bozos who were there were just hanging out chit chatting showing each other pictures of girls on their phones. It's one thing if they are running behind, that's normal but to take for ever to take people's order because your just hanging out at the window??? I love Wendy's, but come on guys you can do better. It's ok to have a good time but there is a limit.

Their lobby has been closed at odd hours the other day it wasn't even past dinner time. Tonight my disabled bf was told to go ahead and take his bike thru the drive-thru to spend his gift card and when it came time to order the manager apparently said nvm and wouldn't let the employee give her name so we could inquire if the cold /anonymous dismissal was so necessary or if there was perhaps a more mutually beneficial outcome.The manager said she would be right out and never came.An awesome customer actually helped us by ordering for us and and awesome/helpful employee named Diego showed concern and had to physically make sure the mistakes made with the order were taken care of .So while I started the visit I would've put one star but I will give it more due to the employee, Diego and the helpful customer's kindness.The Jane Doe manager can keep her identity to herself at this point she has become irrelevant to our visit.

All food was cold and drive thru said no ice i understand things happen but the drinks were totally warm very gross should be cold regardless with or without ice first time ever getting a drink like that from a buisness blew my mind.

Went there for the very last time. Everytime my husband and I go to this particular Wendy's the staff mess up our orders, including orders I have made via the app. I have severe food allergies and the staff make a big deal out of changing an order they messed up on. I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm so tired of wasting my money on food we can't eat.

Ordered mobile ap to get march madness promo. Went through the drive thru to pick it up made us pull around to the other side of the building, let us sit there for 30 minutes we went back through the drive thru and that is when they told us that the card didn't go thru. Meanwhile it did. Then they gave us hot coffee instead if cold brew. Before all of this I called 3x and they hung up on me mid sentence even though neither them nor myself were rude and they were not busy. They made us 10 minutes late for opening the shop and all was for no reason at all. Very bad customer service. But the food,when we finally got it was good but didn't get to eat it all because we were busy when we finally got to work.

Always good food and no hassles! Only thing that could have made it better is if everybody used the app to order or they had a separate line for app users.

Had a breakfast sandwich here for the first time. Almost forgot it was fast food, very fresh and tasted like it was made at home and the real potato fries were excellent....

This is directly related to the Wendy's at Trouble Creek and US 19. I placed a drive-thru order that included 50 chicken nuggets and a bucket of chili. This is what my children and wife wanted for dinner. In all my disbelief and confusion the manager told me..... NO! She said she can't sell me dinner because she needed it for other customers. I still have no idea what happened but my family ate pizza instead. WTH Wendy's?

Went this week at 4:30 in the afternoon. Requested a family size chili. Was told they were out of family size chili I would have to order a small or a large. It sounded to me like they did not want to be bothered with making it. I will find another Wendy's to go to. Nothing but laziness.
