Bartender… beautiful little blond .. Alida… I’m probably slaughtering her name but I called back to get it over the phone. She cut us off and my buddy still tried to order shots at a different table ?. We all had rides and made it home safe but I appreciate her perseverance and follow through. I could see her interaction with other people and I appreciate her and her professionalism. Please correct her name if I messed it up. She is a little firecracker and she will go far in whatever direction she chooses. Please recognize her professionalism and dedication to her craft.
The very first time I went to WingHouse was when I first moved here to FL. The wings was so good. The sauce was incredible. But the last two times I’ve went their. It seemed as if they were having a competition (who can make the worst wings). The wings smelled burnt. Which meant they were using old grease. They sprinkled sauce on it instead of dipping as we requested. The flavor of the wings was as if you took it out the fridge and immediately threw it in the grease without seasoning the meat. The bread was tough and lacked flavor. Definitely not the wing house I remember when I first moved here.
I placed an order last night through slice, as multiple websites had said they were open until 11 pm. I ordered at 9 pm, by 9:40 slice had cancelled my order because it was never confirmed by the wing house, and I called multiple times with no response.

I've never had a bad experience with the wings (garlic parm, yum!), but tonight, when I ordered some chips and queso for takeout, I received some shredded cheese in a cup. That was pretty disappointing. 0/10 for the queso, not willing to be duped again. Wings 8/10.
So sorry, but this one is not a good report. Of the 5 people we fed(to go). There was one of us who asked for thier 10 wings to be cooked extremely well done. We waited the extra time for them to be cooked. They were not cooked anymore than any of the other wings we had ordered. This particular person was very upset, disappointed, and unsatisfied. The attempt to eat them has left them hungry. We had to find other alternatives to satisfy hunger. Beside that everything was great!
Wings were cooked perfectly. Sad the service even when not busy was horrible. Regulars were noticably paid attention to better. Was cold inside this Saturday waitresses were huddled against the kitchen area. It'll be a while before I return.
Excellent service and food. Me and the wife and our dog had lunch there.
Had the cheeseburger because I am not paying 19 bucks for 10 wings. Need to rename it Burger House because I didn't see a soul order any wings. The burgers were really good.
