As soon as we arrived at the drive thru someone answered over the ordering box and we began placing an order. The person responded back rudely saying I told you to wait a moment. We said okay and waited patiently thinking that was kinda rude but maybe she had a bad night. So a woman comes back over the system and identifies herself as Maria. So again we placed the order A K1 leg and thigh meal with a Dr.pepper then she said What? (rudely). To help the young lady hear I sat up in the car a spoke loud because I was concerned she didn't hear the first time. The again rude Maria snapped back that we didn't have to yell and she heard an echo. So worried and hungry we decided to go eat at Wendy's over fear that the impolite I'll mannered young lady may do something to the food. I understand that people have rough nights and probably are not paid enough but if someone has an attitude like the person tonight that place will go out of business. Myself and family will never eat at that establishment ever again.
I used to come here all the time when I went to PHSC. Now I work nearby on Mondays and decided to go back since it’s been so long. The staff was really bizarre acting. They were jittery and just looked like they were on something. The order taker got my meal wrong and then proceeded to try and “correct” me twice. Eventually I finally left but they forgot my utensils? How do I eat mac & cheese without a fork or spoon? Seems like this place has gone downhill. I don’t think I’ll be back.
Dirty. Junky working? Cashier, maybe some type off manager was a nice guy, could tell his facial expressions he wasn't happy with the junky looking guy. Cashier guy was pleasant with his customers including me, funny, he is why 2 stars. This location was very dirty. Was afraid too use drink fountain, I did. No I didn't get sick, however mountain dew bajha blast tasted weird. Food was ,taco bell, don't eat it often so was good.
The employees need some serious retraining. The young woman that was at the window and who took the order was interrupting and rushing us. She gave us our total before we were finished. Then we get to the window waiting for our food and she NEVER SPEAKS. After nearly 10 minutes she hands the bag out the window, doesn’t communicate, and walks away. No thank you, no telling us if it was the entire order, no have a nice day.For the prices you pay now for food and for the current salary expectations in her sector I feel like we should have at least been treated with decency instead of being made to feel like an inconvenience for daring to interrupt her flirting with coworkers.
Tried charging me 50 dollars for a box of tacos because I wanted some of them to not have dairy. Ended up being 20 dollars at the Taco Bell down road. Didn’t know my child having a dairy allergy warranted such an extra cost.
Decent food, did get the drive through order correct so that's a plus.
This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell. Every time I come here I know the wait will always be AT LEAST 10 minutes in the drive thru. Also, got a chicken quesadilla, they didn't even cut it. Don't know why? They sure as hell had enough time to cut it. Just terrible. You can tell the managers at this place don't care either. Avoid this location
Absolutely discussed with how bad this food is. Not worth the money, not worth your time. FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT!!! there's a Wendy's next Door give them a try.
This Taco Bell was okay. Went through the drive-thru about 12:00 a.m. ordered some tacos and burritos and a couple of drinks. It didn't take too long for the food to come out. The employees inside the restaurant seem to be having some issues. There was a lady yelling and screaming on the top of her lungs at some of the workers. It was very unpleasant to hear all this commotion going on inside they had the windows open while we were waiting for our food in the Drive-Thru so I could hear everything. I asked for a variety of different sauces and indeed I received. I received about 40 packets of sauce for only a couple of tacos and a couple of burritos. A total waste of Taco Bell sauce on their part. I definitely had better experiences at other Taco bells.
Good and friendly people and food good !I come here at least once or 2 times a week !
