The dining room was a terrible mess. Just awful, when I asked for one of the tables to be cleaned off the started sweeping the floors. I stated that all the tables were dirty he wiped off the table and refused to dry it. I then saw the kitchen staff drop food on the floor, a piece of chicken he picked it up and put it with the other chicken. I then asked for a refund. No way do I recommend eating there. The manager needs to be retrained and so does the staff. Yuck beyond words.

I've been to this location probably 8 times now and they've literally never gotten a single order right, they rarely include napkins or the sauce you ask for, and they have zero customer service skills.Taco bell should just turn this location into an automated kiosk as a test run.Don't go to this location.

Asked for double beef and guacamole on my Crunchwrap supreme. I literally received a Crunchwrap filled with nothing but guacamole. I always ask for double beef and they always ignore it. Told the manager and it doesn’t seem like she cared or will try to improve. Not eating here anymore especially after I saw a review saying the kitchen is always dirty.

Seem to never be able to get the food order correct. Last time I go here. Last order totally missed 4 items out of my order. Such a pain, to have to drive back for something I should have had in the first place. Window needs to double check the oder completely. Work on it.

Decent fast service, but the amount of beef seems to be lacking.

Their website and google white box say they open at 10. The doors say 1030, at 10:40 the doors were still locked and the drive thru service wasn’t available. You can see the employees inside but no one could come outside and say “hey we’re having issues we’ll be with you shortly” or acknowledge that they aren’t open for some reason. Additionally the parking lot was dirty; there was trash, papers and credit card slips scattered around.

Came in today around 3PM had a big order came home and was missing the main item from my Chicken Crunch Box. Tried to call more then 4 times and not a single time they answer to aware them off what happened.

Customer service isn't the best. Cleanliness isn't their specialty either. Always loud explicit music playing and it makes it difficult to even place an order.

Your hours say you’re open until 1am. 2 vehicles on the side of the building, but absolutely nobody inside/handling the drive-thru. Clearly your hours posted are either wrong or your workers are purposely not doing their jobs late at night. (12am on 01/09).

10 o’clock at night I was advised they had no rice so I made another choice and then they didn’t have sauce. When I asked for some of the extra sauce That comes on the item I ordered they said oh no that’s extra. Now wouldn’t you think that if they didn’t have the rice and they didn’t have the other sauces they could’ve just thrown some in. Yes most places would’ve just done that. By the way they don’t close until 1 AM so three hours they didn’t have rice yeah, They just don’t wanna make any more
