Had a sheet of Coupons from Subway.Placed my order and then they tell me they DO NOT Honor Subway coupons.What???Pay in Full or Leave. We left.
Placed an order through their website, confirmed that the bank was charged, we didn't get a confirmation or order number. We called they gave us a number that didn't work, called them again and again we got a different number that didn't work, called several more times and were given the wrong regional managers number who gave us the right one but that one didn't answer.At what point do you say "Well these people paid, lets just give them the sandwiches and work out what happened with our website?" Skip this store, skip their website, and go to another sandwich shop.
Forgot the days of a 5$ ft long more like 8$ ft long for a classic sub..11$ for drink and chips..and now they make u kinda feel obligated to tip since it's part of check out ...
the woman working their tonight is not good at her job at all asked for a baja chicken and bacon she started making my sub with steak I corrected her and she just dumped the steak off my bread and back into the container whatever didn't bother me to much then she only puts 4 slices of cheese on my sub I told her that sub called for 8 pieces of cheese she said it would cost more to add it I knew she was wrong but just accepted it then she just starts adding topping without asking me then she clearly didn't cook it correctly cause all of the chicken was still cold honestly the worst sub I've ever had bland because of the lack of cheese and cold because of an incompetent employee that wants 15 an hour ?
This location does not honor their Subway coupons. I will not do business here or recommend them.
Very rarely gets online orders right and doesn't take online orders after 9:00 for fear they may have work up til close and then clean. (Which is also subpar)
Have a new boy working there great customer satisfaction! Subs were great!
I eat here everyday and its consistently good. I usually use the online ordering feature through the app and it always turns out right. The employees here even read my special instructions.
