This place is awful they give coupons in the mail saying buy any foot long sub and get one free but go there and they say you can only get a cold cut spicy or vegetarian ,they can keep it , it's much cheaper to make your own ,
Some locations are limiting the types of sandwich able to be ordered with the national coupons. This location does that.
Ordered subs online, picked them up and took them home...turns out both were made completely incorrectly. To the extent that things we didn't order were on it, there was barely anything toppings that we did order on it (very light on the toppings) and it was a sloppy wet sandwich. I called and asked if I could get a refund or a gift card for next time and I was told yes on the phone. I go in to get it and the Spanish (or Asian??) I wasn't paying that much attention but I could barely understand what she was saying. Anyways she said I couldn't have a gift card or refund but I could get my sandwich remade. Liza was there and took the time to read the receipt and remake the sandwiches. But I wasn't pleased with everyone else who worked there. They made me feel like a criminal for coming in to get my order fixed. It isn't my fault the sandwiches were messed up. I had to take the time to drive there twice and waste my money AND TIME on a nasty sandwich. Won't be back to this location.
Not cool subway. This location lets you order your sub and get all the way to the counter to pay before telling you they only accept coupons for certain subs EVEN THOUGH the coupon says any 6” sub for 3.49 excluding melts and premium wraps. There should be a sign posted where your order your sub so it’s not a surprise at the payment counter. Won’t be using this subway again. Lucky I was hungry.

I had an issue with my door dash order and wasnt sure how to handle getting it resolved. Liza (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was super sweet and honest and also resubmitted the same order so we could come pick it up. Excellent, amazing and appreciated customer service!!!! Great way to represent the company.
I walked in and the two other guests in there were not wearing masks in line and the employee did not ask them to and the lady that was working barely had her mask over her mouth and not over her nose at all. Needless to say I left. If you want to check the cameras it was on November 29th in the evening. Maybe around 7 p.m.
The worst ever. Can not even follow instructions on making the sandwich you want because they so not understand english or read it. No star here..
Indian girl who apparently is the manager is unprofessional and rude. I called to order yesterday around 2pm she told me there is no phone order only online or pick up and hung up on me, I then had my husband call for an phone order and she took his order with no problem. We will never come to order when she is working subs are messy and she cleans the knife on our sub wrap paper before she wraps it with it... nonetheless it’s disgusting!!!
