Figure out how to handle your lines better. Poor customer service. No one wants to wait 45 minutes for a coffee.
They do a nice job here. The drinks are always as I order. The employees are super friendly and enjoyable. There was a straw issue for a but, where they just couldn't get straws, but as of lately they again have straws! Hooray!! I recommend this location for sure!
Good coffee. Had to wait 15 minutes after having waited about 8 in line to place the order; for a new batch of Pike's Place. Even though I got a fresh batch, this is unacceptable considering most people are trying to get to work and don't want or can't wait almost half an hour. That is the only reason I am rating this low.
Always a pleasant experience at this location. Nice and quiet. My daughter and I enjoy going in and relaxing in this quiet environment and talk to fellow coffee lovers at the various seats.
