Consistent, and fast. I’m always on the move and they’re super friendly. However when the front door is closed I will just walk through the drive through and get my meal. It’s paid for, and it isn’t enforceable that I shouldn’t be walking in your parking lot. Caught an attitude from someone at the window before she gave me my food. That remark that I can’t walk through the driveway when the entrance isn’t accessible doesn’t sound like anything that holds ground other than the business declining service to me. I didn’t cut cars, but an aged rapid pickup makes no sense. Just put rapid pickup or drive through only on the door. I can’t do 80 hour work weeks with a 15 minute driveway line. That’s why I pay $5 for coffee I can cold brew at home.
Apparently not a single employee at Starbucks in area can make coffee every single one is burnt every single time. I remember when Starbucks actually made good/decent coffee but the quality at these stores in New Port Richey and in Port Richey is terrible. After paying $15 for two coffees I expect them to be good, but the company no longer cares about quality control. If staffing is an issue then maybe you have too many stores inadequately staffed and should reduce the amount of stores to beef up staff.
Great atmosphere and actually nice peole! Last few visits to Starbucks have been very disappointing. To the point of personally banning myself from them in and around my hometown. This one gives me hope...
Waited 30 minutes plus for a hot chocolate only for it to taste like heated up water. Never going back there again.
Love love LOVE the staff. They ask me how I'm doing and always lend a listening ear. I have massive anxiety and they make me feel so comfortable.One of the baristas even memorized my order.
Good service and coffee. The pup enjoys his Pup Cup whenever we go.
I try to usually avoid going to this location because there is always an issue with the baristas or getting the wrong drinks. But this morning took the cake, the people working on shift were sitting outside because their key holder or shift supervisor had lost their keys for the store. Guess that’s what happens when you hire Lefty Woke Children with no sense of responsibility. -100/10
This is truly the first time I am making an effort to put a review. I love Starbucks and have been a customer for a long time but I have never had such a bad service at this location (5435 US-19, New Port Richey, FL 34652). This is the third time In a row that my order was missed up. The first time I didn’t say anything and drove a way. The second time I drove back and they fixed my order but not once they said sorry. But this las time I called back and the only thing I was told on the the phone was OK. I wasn’t rude or aggressive. I just called to complain. I will continue to be a customer but NEVER AT THIS LOCATION (5435 US-19, New Port Richey, FL 34652)
I ordered online hoping to use a gift card I had received but was not given the option to use the card. I had to upload money onto the website and the amount I had to put in was more than the amount I had on the gift card. The drink was yummy, though. The drive-through was more crowded than church on Sunday.
About to have an important Zoom asked them to politely lower the music, as There are only two people in here and we’re both studying… She said no we can’t because of the ambience? The ambience is horrible ?!
