I had business in Port Richey, I bought my wife and daughter with me. We at Sioux City because it was my wife's father's favorite restaurant and we bought him there almost weekly until he became very ill and passed, so we stopped at this restaurant for this reason. An electrical brownout bought down their point of sale system. They told us that we must wait until their POS system comes back up to pay. We were there at least an hour after we finished. I even asked if I could pay cash. They finely came over to us with a hand-drafted credit card receipt, and we left without leaving a tip. You would think if we had to wait that long that they would have at least offered us a soft drink or something while we wait. To add insult to injury, they seated us over a vent, and after the brownout, it started leaking. They were aware of this and did not offer to move us.
We ordered 2 different pasta alfredo dishes. Both were delayed being served, and both were cold. The service was slow, on top of that. We will not be going back.
Our to celebrate my Birthday so decided to order a special steak. That was a mistake as it must have been an old left in freezer too long no taste or texture. Worst Ribeye that I have ever paid for. Told management and showed them out of 32 oz , I ate less than 6 as it was horrible. This was my favorite local place but I ll find a new place as it’s not worth returning to.
If your looking for an AMAZING AWESOME server ask for Jessica Rae. A long weekend in Fl turn hectic and with issues only to end on a bright and smiling note. Jessica was fun, cheerful and very helpful with the menu. Our drinks was never empty and we needing for nothing. I honestly believe she should be a trainer. It’s a hard business and take peoples who have excellent customer service skills which she has. The food and drinks are very good as well. Thanks again Jessica!
Ordered a burger, over done, cold. Restaurant windows were filthy, told waiter. Owner came and talked to me, said the windows had just been cleaned. On the inside. You coundn't see through them. I pointed to the glass lamp hanging over the table, over my food; it had a heavy coating of dust and grease covering it. She poo-pooed that, I drew a smiley face on the lamp in the filth and she got furious, said not to touch the lamp. Left.
Great experience with Erin our waitress We were a party of 12 and she did an outstanding job. Couldn’t ask for a better dinner. ?
Fist and last time going here. Our waitress was ok checked on drinks once but you could tell she was being fake. She didnt know how to play the game. The food looked good. The coleslaw was not good no flavor at all.wild porta bella chicken was moist but very salty, sweet potato was good. My hubby got the filet and it was cooked correctly but flavor wasnt great, loaded mash and beans were ok. My oldest got a burger and it was over cooked and not much flavor. My youngest got grilled chicken alfredo. ....it should have been called garlic sauce. We all love garlic but this was way over powering in smell and taste. My hubby ordered fried oreos but didnt take pic. The grease tasted old so only 1 bit for me. We did not complain or cause a scene just wont be going back
Worst service I ever had will not return. Long wait on food all food was wrong.

This place is amazing! Awesome staff great food and drinks. Cam the bartender and server was attentive and polite! The ribs and steak were just as good as he described. I recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!! Perfect date night! Thanks to Mikey for cooking that perfect steak! My wife is super happy....... and now so am I ??????
