Tonight. Around 9:25 p.m. I took delivery at my home. The gentleman was very courtesy and shared some cantor. It was an absolute enjoyment. I know delivery drivers get overlooked and not much thought further. I don't know who this guy was, but he really made my night.Thank you sir!
Pizza was cooked good and it was delicious! The gentleman on the phone was courteous and respectful. The girl at the front counter was polite and made sure that I had everything I needed. My boys really enjoyed their pizzas, as did I. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
Not really a complaint just was the person who cut my pizza asleep? The pizza wasn't cut evenly some slices were 3x bigger then others and one line wasn't even straight
If I could I would give no stars but you have to give the participate star when reviewing. Twice now the delivery person after I signed the receipt and tipped he put the food on the ground and refused to pick it up. This time, when he did that, I asked for the receipt back and scribbled the tip out that I was going to give him and dropped it by 75%. I will not order from this place again. Very rude people. Not worth it.
Ordered to go a Parmesan Crusted papadias and garlic knots. Hadn't been to Papa John's for years but saw a commercial for the parmesan papadias on TV and was interested. Food was 4 out of 5 and fine so I have no complaints, but the people at the front desk, even though quite busy at supper time, were very friendly and get 5 out of 5 on promptness and pleasantness!!
After a long day, we ordered pizza half way to the house and thought we had times it perfectly...NOT!! No pizza was ready for us as the delivery driver took it by mistake. My son didn't find this out until AFTER they took his money. So we had to sit in parking lot and wait. No apology, no would you like a drink or something to make up for the inconvenience...nothing. When I worked as a hostess, my boss would have comped the meal for a mistake like that.
Pizza was raw for most pieces, made me throw up how raw it was just after a bite. Spent a lot of money on this place just to end up with crying children. Thanks papa johns.
First time here and I was greeted immediately from a friendly staff. I ordered pickup and waited less than 5 mins. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Super clean and felt like a family environment.
Great store, the food was yummy. But I didn't get all of my order for extra sauces and the only sauce in the pizza box was open and spilled every where.
Ordered on line for delivery. Good service and delivery was done in a timely manner. Polite delivery man. Confusing in ordering the pepperoni NY Pizza. Next Time I'll reconfirm my order by phone. Still it was excellent service.
