We enjoyed the citrus chicken salad, Thai coconut soup, a green goddess Cobb salad and the chicken frontega sandwich… Everything was so freshly made and full of flavor! We also had shortbread cookies and iced coffee to go! I highly recommend this Trinity location! ☺️
The food is always good. However, once again they forgot chicken on my salad. This isn't the first or second time either. I order delivery and it is always a problem when the order is wrong. I have to argue with Panera in order to get it corrected. Since it is Door Dash, they told me it's up to me to call Door Dadh to get it delivered again, yet another tip, as it is not Door Dash fault. This is the end of the road for Panera and I.
Lacking in cleanliness department. We had to clean our own table and seating... Was over crowed with college kids with lap tops but no place to sit to enjoy our food. Student brought in food from elsewhere. Food prep was very slow as well. Also think with COVID-19 they should put all food in Togo containers...So if you plan to dine in request your food to go...Food was good but prices are high.
Absolutely do not order delivery from here. Driver has been sitting at the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for other patrons orders to be finished while my order has been completed. This is the second chance I gave with the same outcome. One sandwich one soup. Over an hour because they're stacking up multiple orders on one driver.Had I known there were that many orders ahead of my delivery I would have just picked it up. Soup is cold and so is my "hot pressed"sandwich
My husband and I placed an order to go. We asked for 2 French Onion Soup Bread Bowls .They were out of bread bowls, half a chicken Caesar salad and a half sandwich. The soups did not have any cheese or very very little. Also no croutons. Soup was bland. Salad had wilted brown pieces of lettuce. What a total disappointment! Will never eat there again nor recommend it. We could have eaten at McDonald's and been more satisfied for the money we spent.
I've been to many Panera Restaurants & in different states, including this one...I have never had a bad meal or item & neither has any of my friends with me...This Panera as with the others are very clean, busy and personal working fast to get all orders out. I would definitely come back to this Panera Bread ? to eat
We order at this location frequently as it's close to our house. Like many businesses now they mess up our order an usually it's not a big deal but this past time I went right in no line I ordered an I stood by the pickup area over 40 mins to finally get my food unfortunately I didn't check the bags I was ready to go by the time I got home n looked they only gave me half my order so I called an not wanting to go back there I agreed to vouchers they would mail to me. It's been over 6 weeks now still no vouchers.
So far I bought only bread and a turkey sandwich with avocado spread at Panera Bread. When you walk into the store the variety, taste and texture mainly of the breads reminds you more of an european bakery than an american chain. I personally like their baked goods and Sandwiches but unfortunately the prices are way higher than for standard baked goods in a regular grocery store.
My first time using the app to order curbsideAnd WOW what a true DELIGHT. My server SAMANTHA was OUTSTANDING.I was having trouble placing it online she helped me place the order and then met me curbside to deliver my order. Was FAST and my food was PERFECT..
