Panda Express was okay for a Chinese fast-food chain. In my opinion it is hard to beat a Chinese restaurant that cooks your food fresh to order.The food was okay but relatively bland. The portions were decent for the price. The self-service beverage machine was a welcome return to pre-COVID days.The customer service was probably the best thing this place has going. Despite that, I can't say I am going to rush back here any time soon.

I love Panda Express!! I've been to a lot of them but I have to say the hard working people at this Panda Express really care about their customers. Peter is such a pleasure from walking into the door from me leaving!! Super awesome job everyone!! Definitely recommend this place?

The portions are getting so small. I paid $9 got 4 pieces of chicken for my orange chicken entree. How is that right? The manager was looking over the employees shoulder and didn't stop her so he thought it was ok. This is not the first time we get terrible service. This isn't even the second time. But I do know it is the last time. I'm not ok with being over charge for what I'm getting served.

I understand everyone gets busy but I put in an order on the app for pick up arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order at scheduled pick up time and it was not ready. I asked about it and the employee said we will get to it when we cam. In the meantime they kept serving the customers in line while my order was not being made. I got my order 25 minutes past my scheduled pick up time with no care in the world about how long it took for me to get my irder.

I understand that they are usually short staffed and I typically have no issue with waiting or doing without menu items.I had an issue where I asked for my money back for my softdrinks because they couldn't change the syrup before we finished our meal. Unfortunately, nobody knew how to process a refund either since there wasn't a manager on site.Other than this issue, we have no problems with the staff or food and visit on a regular basis. We will probably continue to do so as well.

I used to really like this place. I showed up at 8:30 tonight. You guys don't close till 9:00 but you can tell the workers are lazy and don't want to make any new food so they have about five choices of items to choose from. In three different people came in after me and they still don't want to cook anything even though you guys have business coming in right now. You guys should just fire these workers and start over again and give the same service you did when you first opened up. I'm sick of coming here and eating old food because they don't want to cook any. I can literally tell they're trying to get the restaurant cleaned up before closing so they can go home early instead of serving the customers until it's closed I won't be coming back

Location has 6 employees running around with no sense of order or prioritizing orders. Made online order to be picked up at 6:10. Arrived 6:05. Waited for rice…rice at an Asian establishment till 6:30. Food is now cold. Don’t waste your time honestly.

Quick friendly service. All but one day. I stood there for 10-15 minutes one day to pick up a Door Dash order,the employee told me it would be right up. It was on the To-go rack the whole time and she didn't even see it or know it was there. Other than that,it's a great place.

The best Chinese food place. Renzo deserves a raise. Goes out of his way to help customers and is always working late. ?

You walk in and the person making food might say hi and ask that you wait while they finish an online order, which could take an extra 5 minutes. Placing an online order is not much better, the pickup station is behind the register so you awkwardly skip the line to pick up an order thats behind a counter no one is at. I don’t order here anymore I just googled how to make orange chicken and chow mein at home
