I just ordered General Tso"s chicken with shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp 6 for a dollar extra and quart of house lo mein and fried dumplings. When it came I got a pint of the lo main and only 6 pieces of shrimp in my shrimp fried rice and it didn't have the extra spice and sauce I ordered. I called to complain and expressed what was wrong and the girl said one moment and put me on hold when she came back on the phone she said her boss said we would never be served again and promptly hung up on me and wouldn't answer my call back....never ever eat here again will tell everyone I know not to eat the as well.

The food is fine. I order from here all the time. The problem is that if I call, like I did tonight, they tell me they don’t deliver to me. Rudely. And when I say I have ordered from them several times they argue.I then look at my texts and see THEIR NUMBER to reorder. About 17 times. I click the reorder and there is my regular order. I get my food in 25 minutes because I’m 3.5 miles away. Like always. But they claim I’m not and I can’t order by phone. This forces me to pay an addition service fee. That’s not ok. At all. And neither is arguing with me when I’m looking at the order on my screen and know darn well they deliver to me once a month or so.

We have been going here for almost a decade.. and have become regulars.. even our kids whom fly in from out of town quite often are regulars as well.. in fact they usually stop and get China1 before they even get to our house lol... China1 might not be for everyone but fot our family and friends WE LOVE THEM!!

The food is always fresh and taste great, thank you ?

My son picked up food and left a tip on paper. Lady at front said with attitude ( you know that tip goes to them in the back). I guess she expected a separate tip for herself. When I pick up food myself, I don't normally tip, so she is lucky I didn't come get it. Sorry she had to work on Christmas but she didn't need to be rude, bad customer service.

I paid for 70 dollars of food and maybe got $30 worth. This is the worst place I have ever ordered food from. I am one to give an honest judgement and this place blew it.

The halfwitt SIMPLETON that answers the phone, is as ignorant as ignorant can get! Totally rude and unprofessional. She tells my husband to listen up as she reads back the order because if there's a mistake it won't be replaced, well how about the incompetence of the person who took the order? We never got our egg rolls with our Combos. Mind u we spent over $65! Wonton soup taste like how bath water looks! No scallions in the soup. The soups were Lukewarm, no flavor at all! Always treat ur customers with respect, u never know who u r dealing with. Good luck with ur future endeavors! That business is going to need it!

We ordered a dinner combination with noodles instead of pork fried rice because we DO NOT eat pork and the girl on the phone at 550 on Wednesday Aug 11 told me that she was told absolutely nothing about the exchange and that we could come drive and pick up the exchange but would not send a driver out to correct the issue. She was 0% willing to be at all understanding and stood her ground that she "wasn't told about the noodles". The chickens ok so they don't get a 1 star. We will order from someone else moving forward.

This restaurant has horrible I mean horrible service I was refused service to place an order because I didn't want to use my credit card over the phone and they have a policy that you have to pay for your order before they will start cooking your order which is very bad business practices some people don't have debit or credit cards and some people don't want to use their credit card over the phone or online because of bad experiences oh and the day I wanted to order it was storming and the woman who answered the phone said she pretty much expected me to come out in the storm pay for my food so they can cook it and then come back out in it to pick up my food or wait in the storm for it they lost out on alot of money because I had a 50 dollar order and being that I just moved to the area if the food would have been good my husband and I would have definitely ordered from them all the time

I’m new to this area an i was trying to order at this place an i know it’s this place cuz i got the number from here. An the lady taking the orders over the phone was clearly in the “I don’t want to go to work attitude!” An as she clearly repeated herself saying that the 3 dollar delivery charge wasn’t for the driver it was for the restaurant wasn’t enough. I can tip that’s not a problem but once I asked her a simple yes or no question she took a deep breath an answered with the most annoyed attitude. Giving me the most rudest response i had no choice just to hang up on her an take my $40 to $50 (every time i order) order somewhere else and never comeback. So if the food was good thanks to the lady in the front we will never be tasting. They need to get a better person to represent them. Because at the end of the day they are to face(voice) of their business!
