I rarely would feel the need to post a "comment" for an individual branch of McDonald's. But, of all the MANY locations available, I have to say; "This branch has been consistently above "THE BAR", without question.I visited the McDonald's by River Ridge last night, getting a late dinner for myself and friends at home. I saw there were quite a few cars in line for the drive through. So I decided to park in an open space close to the entrance and go inside, to order for take home. As I entered, an employee was almost finished mopping the entire entryway. I felt bad having to walk across the damp tile and apologized to the young man. He immediately responded politely, "not a problem sir, it's going to happen". I carefully walked to the 1st space at the counter, to order. There was a lot of activity going on, with the many employees busy servicing the patrons at the drive through. But I was noticed quickly and politely asked for my order. I wanted to use the McDonald's phone app to get a free 10pc chicken nugget. As I was showing the young man my phone screen, he said I had reward points that I hadn't used and were about to expire. I knew I had points, but didn't know they expired after a year. He quickly told me what I needed to do, to get the best value. After ordering and using my phone as he advised. I ordered over $30 of food for 3 people for only $10.82, utilized rewards that would have expired, and was being handed my entire order in less than 5 minutes. Every person that had a part in the entire process, were polite and smiling. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.I frequent this location whenever I have the opportunity, because of their level of service and quality of product. However I felt the need to share this last visit, for the additional outstanding customer service, that ended my final errand of the day perfectly.
Workers were friendly we never get this also first time eaten at McDonald's in 3 years for me and 5 years for daughter. Chocolate pretzel McFlurry was really good. Fries and cheeseburger super fresh. No one was there when we pulled in, we parked and 8 cars showed up drive thru. Lot went from 2 cars to suddenly 20 cars. People follow us we create lines wherever we go! No photos we were hungry. Forgot to eat dinner last night we realized at 915 pm.
We go to this McDonald's every morning for a iced coffee and let me tell you Ms. K is an amazing employee. There is a Manager that works there he's was so nice can't remember his name though. I was trying to use my app for the iced coffee for $1 and it wasn't working and he gave me the iced coffee for free. The only employee I have an issue with is Debbie she's very rude and she lied to us this morning about not putting our stuff in the bag when my boyfriend clearly saw her do it and leave it on the counter and then tried blaming the manager for it. Other than that this McDonald's is great.
My experience at McDonald's was just meh. I pulled up to the drive through, and knew exactly what I wanted to order, an order of nuggets and fries. It was a bit frustrating that they were not busy at all, only a vehicle at each window, and I was asked to wait before placing my order. I was patiently waiting for a few minutes, and a vehicle pulled up in the other lane, and was able to pull up before I could even place my order. I assume they probably had the app, but the whole process was frustrating. It took way too long to place an order for nuggets and fries in my opinion.
This location has been the best location we have been to! Food always comes out hot, fresh and made properly! We are by far supposed at the quality of food and service here!
The place was so dirty, and unsanitized when I went there on 1/12/22. But the manager was nice and welcoming
Their burgers weren't fresh and the buns were old. They gave me one with a bite taken out of it and wouldn't replace it. The fry's were fresh and good tho
Placed order at 2:07 pm for a bacon mcdouble a large fry and large soda. Three cars were waiting when I pulled up into curbside parking. I waited 20 minutes before calling at 2:27. Was told they were waiting on my drink and fresh fries. This is the second time I've had an absolutely ridiculous wait for no reason other then the incompetence of the staff.
If I could leave a negative review I would. I went to this location to have lunch and the wait inside was ridiculous. They basically stopped taking orders. We waited around 20 minutes before someone took our order. While we were eating inside the restaurant a physical fight happen between two customers and no one showed up to stop the fight. I had to yell a couple of times for the staff to realize that this was happening in their restaurant. I’m so upset that this happened with me and my 16 month old daughter just trying to have lunch. We won’t be dining with them ever again.
Running late and forgot to eat breakfast? Why not stop at McDonald’s, you’re already late so they slow service won’t make a difference.
