One of the worst I've been too! Ordered a ice coffee and was given a ice coffee with grounds in it as a drink from one of the youngest managers at night that need's a new life beside McDonald's. Was also told by a different head manager from that store that I'm not allowed to order food sitting out side of the restaurant so I decided to cancel the order and got my money back because I was told I can't sit outside and order food as a customer. Not sure how you make money by chasing off you're best customers. Guess it you're loss in the end when I'll never be back as a customers because of one of the main manager's. Good luck, they do NOT care about customer service! Just pass this place and find a better location that's willing to respect the customers as a human being!
Was having an emergency situation with transportation and asked if they'd help and call out family for help with getting a ride home and we were rudely ignored by employee that was a guy with long brown hair. Then he asked fellow employee that was a guy manager about their policy on allowing anyone other than workers the use of the stores telephone as if we were not there which he didn't apparently have the answer and said he would have to go check then proceeded to go to their office and. Lady standing there waiting for her order was nice and asked for my info and she said she would call for us once she got back in her car. Thankfully she did call our family and our family was able to get our neighbor lady to come get us.
Worst McDonald’s ever. Never had an issue with the food but they work when they want to. Supposed to open at 6? You’re lucky if they are there at 7. Drive thru wrapped around the building because they are slower than Christmas? Can’t go inside because they randomly lock the lobby. Curbside? Don’t even think about it. Just atrocious.
No one takes orders in the drive thru, you have to sit there for 10mintues or more until someone comes on to take the order. The cashier's don't know how to count money. Don't pay with gift cards because they will tell you didn't pay and the managers will scream and yell at customers and not the employee who is making these mistakes. Worse staff and services ever. Will not order from here again.
Whenever I come in I'm respectful, cheery, and kind to the workers. When I'm mad, I smile and don't let it show. When I'm frustrated because it's taking a while longer than I'd like, I smile and don't let it show. I try very hard to do this for everyone, not just the people working here.When I come in and need to ask a simple question, (one or two word answer as I value your time because you're busy) I am looked at then your guys walk away. Because I really try to give you guys respect, I felt excessively disrespected by this because it happened with three people in a row. I lost my cool a little and I apologize for my returned disrespect. Next time I'll ask to talk to a manager. However, you guys have lost my respect and my business because I remember when I'd stand at the register waiting for service for a good fifteen minutes while employees would look at me and not care there was someone waiting to be rung up. This happened over and over at every McDonald's I went to. At one of the locations I was even blatantly made fun of because of my eyes being off. I stayed respectful through that too, btw. I can't do business with you guys anymore.
Nearly always a negative experience. We've tried this McDonalds many times for it's convenience, and usually end up regretting it. The fries have always been lukewarm, soggy, and poorly salted. The nuggets taste stale and old. The burgers are sloppily assembled and also seem like they've been sitting in the warmer too long. Even their limited drink menu compared to other McDonalds is disappointing. Overall yucky, we will avoid this place in the future.
All prices are up and now they are charging a $.40 "drink upchange" on orders, none of this is displayed on the menu boards. Very sneaky McD's!! Im done with McD's trinity and the rest of them!!
It may sound like I am overly cranky about this place but...when you are ordering through the drive through and the cashier says...what did you just say? Instead of "I apologize I didnt hear the last thing you said...you know your order isn't going to be right. And don't bother asking for condiments either through the drive through....it never happens.. All of this coupled with the fact that you have employees saying rude things about drivers..within ear shot of said driver...never going to this mcdonalds again

We Had another terrible experience here at this McDonald’s. This McDonald’s appears dirty and unkept. We received poor service with disrespectful employees. Waited long wait time while employees joked and talked in a group. Manager was not responsive. Recommend finding a different McDonald’s.
