The unsweet tea tasted bad, like the dispenser had not been cleaned recently. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, no ketchup. Both "special" tags said "no ketchup", but there was ketchup on both burgers! How difficult is it to make sure orders are right before presenting them? I should not have to open my sandwiches before I leave the window to check for correctness. It's no longer "fast food" when you have to check everything before you clear the window so the next person can pick up their order.
This particular McDonald's was horrible. The purpose of a mobile order is so we can grab and go. I sent my mother there to pick up the order and they denied her because she did not have my phone. I gave the order number which was pretty complicated & I'm only one person that can actually have that number. And they still refuse to give her the order. I drove to the McDonald's & sent my son in, he came out 10 minutes later and said they had to start the order while he waited, so what is going on here?? Absolutely ridiculous. I understand the whole needing the person with the phone and order number thing but if the order number is given which is specific to the person who ordered it why can you not hand off the food. And why was the food all of a sudden not ready when we came back to the McDonald's 5 min. later. Someone needs to get fired. Immediately
They took closest lane to the building 1st order's & it was about 5 cars before they got to the other lane & it was just myself & another car in front of me that had 2 orders & by the time I ordered & paid & got my food was at least a good half hour to 45 minutes. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE THAT TIME. And I didn't get any apologies for how long it took or anything. I really don't visit that McDonald's that much but, I wish I had better service from ur employees.
I know we are not supposed to be negative towards fast food workers and I am usually not but the last two times I went to this McDonald's, they messed up my order and when I mentioned it the second time, the person given me the food argued with me and said that's what the guy punched in and that's what I was getting. I know it's not the easiest work and I don't know if they just don't get trained or if they are just mediocre, but I would say at least 50% of the time, how about getting the order right.
Change your fryer oil! This is disgusting. Tell me how your employees think it's acceptable to serve this??
I live in area 20+ yrs and this is the closest. They used to be pretty rough but it's completely different, I can't believe I'm rating McDonald's and saying that EVERY time I come through during early breakfast the foods hot, fresh and they give me the right bag, the consistency of friendly attitudes and food are extreme. Great experiences ?
Literally just left this unproffessional mcdonalds ordering 3 EGG AND CHEESE BISCUITS and they forgot the cheese like a bunch of dummies! They need to get their life together and work on their listening skills! Do better! Re train these people im paying MY MONEY! And my order HAS TO BE CORRECT! Did these people even graduate high school and if they did HOW? Get new people that can actually work the RIGHT WAY! WORST MCDONALDS EVER! It was not a complicated order! Freakin seriously! A toddler could have done a better job!

I ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was good. The people there have a good attitude I'm very friendly
I'm not one for reporting negative issues. I visit this location often. Tonight 1/17/22 at 6pm with my wife place was vacant except for two tables one with customers and one with staff. Three employees handling food with masks under their chins.Dirty mask on floor in front of counter. Tables and floor covered with food and dirty napkins the place was disgusting.Table where staff sat used napkins with at least five slices of cheese left on table in a pile. I never saw it in this condition. What a sight. My wife asked employee aren't you suppose to have you mask on snotty reply, it's on. Really sorry to report this but it needs to be addressed.
