I ordered for 2 adults and 1 child. 2 #7s and a mcnuggets kids meal with apple slices and a apple juice after receiving the orders after waiting for 7 minutes I received in 1 bag 4 plain cheese burgers with no fries no drinks in the kids meal I received 4 chicken nuggets no fries but got a toy. The week before I went to US 19 in New Port Richey Mcdonalds shake machine was not working yet again fries were cold sent the fries back asked for cokes we received small drinks instead of medium. I refuse to go to another McDonalds again.
The service was AWFUL!!! We waited 30 minutes while watching an employee eat fries with her fingers right out of customers containers. Spent 30 dollars and got 4 orders of chicken nuggets when we ordered a chicken sandwich. Qtr pounder with cheese and a happy meal!! Never Never going back!!!!!
Cheese was cold and wasn't even melted on the burger. Fries were luke warm. Food should have been hot for 11:00 AM. Unfortunately didn't realize the condition of the food until we were down the road. They did remember napkins this time though! It's either hit or miss with this McDonald's.
This place is not run very well. You can expect your order to be wrong unless you check it before you leave. This is in my neighborhood so I keep trying it but it doesn't get any better. If I want McDonalds food, I usually go to a different one even though it's further away.
I just went to this location earlier just after 10:45am on a Sunday and they were no longer serving breakfast. Everything I look up online and have been used to says that breakfast is served until 11am on Sundays. And this isn't the first time this has happened since last year.. In my opinion McDonald's needs to change their policy online so I can get the correct information, or this location should adhere to the 11am deadline on Sundays like it states online.

Pretty bad service. Order taker seemed confused between a large & medium combo. Asked specifically for a large combo. Received a large Coke & a medium fry. & the fries are cold.
I was impressed with the manager after I informed him that I am Deaf. He had a mask covered talking to me. I apologized that I couldn't read lips with a mask covered. He gestured me to come in to see a registry and checked my order. I nodded yes I went back to pay. So nice!❤
We ordered 2 sweet teas both were unsweet. Manager said ( sorry this happens all the time)So I guess there's no fixing it? Typical fast food, can't even get tea right!!
At this location for 40 minutes today for a breakfast order. Was there for 15 minutes before I could even place an order. Then waited the rest of the time to get my order. When I asked for ketchup I was handed a bin full of ketchup and to get it myself. Also watched another customer come in before the breakfast time ended while they were standing there waiting to order for 10 minutes the menu board changed and then the girl came to take there order and tells them they can't order breakfast. Asked for manager and she tells them the same thing. I know times are tuff with staffing in all industries but it's not a excuse for poor customer service!
