the mc donalds on SR54 in Trinity,FL is the worst around. I order simple things. 3 cheese burger ketchup only....how the hell is only one burger made right? you had to make the other two the same way you made the other one. I would go to this location twice a week till the started screwing up now I go once in a blue moon and still get a Fd up order. manager told me one time I'm sorry we have high school students working here. that's no excuse. don't hire them if that's the case or talk to there teacher and tell them they can't even make a GD burger correctly. mind you it tells you how to make a burger above the prep station. would love it they just closed this location or put a person in charge that actually cares about screwing up and having to re make food for it to be just given out for a replacement meal. don't see how you make any money.
If I could give a zero, I would. They don’t even deserve one star, I never got served. There are two drive-throughs, I was in the first for about five minutes while the second drive-through was able to take three full orders. I kept on introducing myself and asking if I could take my order. No one replied to me, and only replied to the other drive-through lane. After about five minutes I had to except the fact that they were not going to take my order and leave. I wonder What their reason is for why they discriminated against me. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house, and unfortunately I will no longer be going here.
Always go to the same mcdonalds. Usually during the day and besides their milkshake machine always being "down" never really have any issues. Night shift on the other hand is terrible! Took the kids for a moped ride and we decided to go to mcdonlds. Get there, order our food asked the manager on duty who served us (didn't catch her name, believe she is Hispanic) to package our food like they do for uber as we are riding on a moped and it would easier for us to get it home. She was super nice about it, even added a drink carrier. Thanked her and left. Had about a 15 minute ride back home and Once we got home realized they didn't give me the 10 piece nugget meal. Got the drink but no nuggets or fry. Called the location and spoke to the manager who served us . Told her what happened and apologized it took so long for me to notice but we were riding a moped and took roughly 15 minutes for us to get back home. She instantly got an attitude and told me that she was 100% sure she put the nuggets and fry in the bag. Told her she did not. Instead of apologizing she responds with " well its been too long so I can't even pull your order up but I guess I can refund you or you can come back and I'll give you another one" another one? Like if I'm lying that the food was missing? Still being super nice I say ok well it was my kids food so I'll just drive back up and get it. So I get there walk up to the counter she turns and with an attitude STILL she says "oh 10 piece nuggets missing right" I said yes ma'am and I really hope you don't think I'm lying just to get free chicken nuggets. She responds with "well I'm pretty sure I put it in the bag". At this point I'm sick of her attitude and stupidity, So I said come on really? I left all my food at home getting cold and drove 5 minutes back up here so I could what? Lie about a 10 piece chicken nuggets to get it for free?? Like I don't know what type of people you deal with on a regular basis but that's not me. She says "well I dont know you and you dont know me and I'm giving you more aren't I?" So I said well no, you're giving me what I paid for and didn't get the first time I was here, and not to mention your attitude has been terrible the entire time. Which doesn't make sense to me considering I'm the one who's order got messed up and had to load my kids in the car to drive back up here and get it corrected and yet I'm not giving you an attitude am I? Ive actually been super nice about it and only asking that you give me the missing food..Still continuing with her attitude she threw the food in a bag quickly hands it to me and says "ok whatever have a great night". . I normally don't leave reviews or complain like this but omg. I could have easily been a jerk about it, but wasn't. The freaking nerve on people man. Mind blowing and super embarrassing considering how many people were standing by watching. Never acceptable but, I would expect this type of behavior from a regular employee but NOT from a manager/supervisor whatever she is. (Grey collared shirt). Terrible leadership.
It says that it is open 24 hours and the app allows mobile ordering, but when you go to pick up your order they are closed. What a waste of time. It can't be that difficult to update store hours and stop accepting mobile orders.
Extremely friendly staff! Everyone's attitude and energy was great! My fries were fresh which is always a huge plus for me and everything was delicious!
Employees don’t wear gloves when making fries, Yesterday I received pickles instead of an 4 piece McNugget the manager was nice and replaced it for me, I come here almost everyday and it’s either a long wait time Or employees are rude mainly night shift employees around 2:30 am - 3:00am
My dog is sick and I couldn't afford $6.75 of honey at the Dollar general so I ordered a $2 bundle and she gave me 10 honeys for my dog before I even blinked my food was ready with the honeys now I made my homemade remedy for my dog with the cough and it's working. Before you judge I'm poor and I can't afford to take him to the vet so this was a godsend thank you McDonald's.
It's not bad if you go in and eat 50/50 chance your order is right through the drive thru
My coupon code wouldn't work, so the very pleasant young lady said not to worry about it and have a great day. She had no idea... but I was spending the last of my change to buy lunch, and that saved me a few dollars for tomorrow. Thank you so much to that caring young lady!
Waited over 30 minutes to get my food and then it was not my order and told this to the young lady but got ignored* yes I ate the fries that were in the bag cause I had already put my hands on them and I knew mine were probably gonna be cold and yup they were and my mocha frappe was looking a little run down* I will drive farther away from now on because I'm never going there again EVER
