Rude managers and most staff acting like they are at a high school not a place of business. The manager with the shaved head with designs kept trying to argue with me about my order when she kept giving me the wrong drinks. I showed her my receipt and was still told I was wrong. The other manager Vanessa I believe her name was had someone come in with her son (around 6-8 yrs old) and he was running behind the counter near where the fries cook. Not one person tried to get him. This all happened on 6/17 between 3-3:15 pm. Someone needs to figure something out because sitting inside to eat is a complete zoo with they way these workers act
Actually the Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.After Confirming my order twice the receipt showed she took my order completely wrong.The manger told the kitchen to change it to what I tried to order.I got my order and it was completely wrong.The manager sent it back and they very blatantly scrapped one of my burgers off and only added not the righg stuff to the second burger.All I wanted was 2 cheeseburgers sub shivered onion add Mac sauce.The kicker is I got up to wash my hands and when i got back, my bag and drink were thrown away so I had to retrieve it from the trash can.
One of the female employees was running around and yelling “ALEXA” while I was eating inside, the same employee also continued to be loud and was having an inappropriate conversation with children nearby. Also when I received my food, they didn’t offer to give me ketchup packets. The girl that cashed me out was very polite and professional though.
I just went thru the drive thru I use the app like I always do and was told I had to pay again. The person who came up which I’m assuming is the manager was rude and told me that the charge on my bank account is pending that I had not paid yet and I needed to pay. I verified that I was charged and drove off with no food. This store is always an issue but is closest to my job and is on the way I will be making some calls this is not the first time this has happened. The crew here is very rude and the manager is unprofessional.
It's crazy too me, when I go in to order the employees there 98.9% of the time have a terrible attitude towards me over my order but when my husband goes in to order our food, the employees there are so ignorant and awful towards him. No one there likes their job and it truly shows. It sucks this location makes you dread even going to deal with the non sense but it's the only thing open and cheap around this area to get to by foot.
The fries had almost no salt on them. The cashier was not very polit's not very polite. And the fries are very expensive
Oh gosh darn this was the best experience I had at a McDonald's in a long time when I went to the french fries are horrible but that's not where I went why it would and the one at 52 and US 19 is a most horrible McDonald's I've ever experienced besides the one that used to be across the street which this one took over for now this McDonald's is awesome everybody was alert and they did not ignore the people who walked in the door everything was not focused on the drive-thru I was in and out in less than five minutes that was awesome I've never happened in the years I've been going to McDonald's never u.s. 15 I mean 15 and US-19 McDonalds they need to shut down or change all the Personnel or do something because it's a horrible horrible experience I have to wait continuously if I go there you know 15-20 minutes before I get out I know I can't stand that long and they don't care I really don't care
The worst McDonald's in Florida arrived there this morning noticed 2 female employees outside smoking cigarettes and wearing no mask. Neither employee washed there hands and when I asked they got defensive. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE will contact corporate to get full refund
Was shade a bit. A few dish shovels people kid of just hanging out. I did use the rest room and I wish I didn't have to guy was all most naked bathing in the sink. Picking skabs off his bod. Thank fully I left after that.
It he person who took my order at the drive through said stop at window one so I did and no won was there so I proceeded to the next window and the person who took my order took my card then returned with my food and sad next time you need to stop at window one, I said I was there and no one was there, he said he was doing dishes and I ordered a Big Mac, fillet O fish and a large fry, the Big Mac and the fillet o fish was okay, the large fry was only half full in the box, I’m very unhappy with the hole experience, I won’t be stopping at the location
