Order was supposed to be ready at 8:08. I showed up at 8:12. My order wasn't ready, and no one was working the front counter. After I finally got some assistance, I was told they "ran out" of deep dish dough (after years in a pizza shop, I can tell you it's the same dough). They stated they tried to call me, but I was on my phone on a live and never got any call. The kid behind the counter was more interested in arguing about whether or not they had called me than he was in finding a solution. They made a different pizza that cost less and didn't refund the difference. While my new pizza was baking the other parts of my order were left on the counter and were room temperature when I got home.

Ordered a loaded pizza, got a cheese delivered. The tag on the box said my order, but the pile of sauce on a crust did not resemble what I ordered. No one answered the at the store or at their district office. ? junk...lesson learned going to Brooklyn's Best where they know how to cook
Ordered a deep-dish pizza, got home only to discover our pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. I tried calling for approx 30 mins and wasn't able to get through. I drove back to Little Ceasars, they cooked a new pizza, and luckily I checked before I drove away because that pizza was doughy as well! Finally after the 3rd try, we got an edible pizza.
This is the first time in 3 years I've eaten a original pepperoni pizza from Little Ceasars... There was a minimal of sauce and cheese on the pizza.. The pizza had little taste.. It was all crust.
Stopped in to get a pizza only to find out that there was going to be quite a wait due to their only being two people working the manager that was making the pizzas his or her name was Lucas I have to say the most rude unprofessional management I've ever come across the way that that person talked to the kid that was working was sickening considering he was the only person that came into work!!! Super poor management I won't be back until that person is fired everyone in the waiting room area was disgusted by the way that that person was talking to the kid!!!I want to make it clear that I didn't mind waiting at all considering everyone could see that they were understaffed!!!
Apparently they can charge what they want for a pizza, I was charged $16.04 for a $10.00 ultimate Supreme pizza because they are privately owned.When I asked the dimwit behind the counter she said because of inflation.Will NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THERE SHOPS AGAIN!!
For being a Skeleton crew and a little slower than usual they were great. Still friendly. Still polite and keeping customers updated. The kid cooking was slow and didn't seem like he was confidant with cooking. He also over did the pizza and got one order slightly wrong. Overall I think it was a good experience and I will return.
Worse little ceasers in Florida, they literally never answer the phone, close an hour or more early von a consistent basis
Waited almost 1hr for 2 pizzas a supreme with no sauce and a slices-n-stix. Ordered at 6:30pm and got it at 7:19pm. Everytime I'd ask how much longer they say 10 minutes. Watched everyone walk in and walk out Unacceptable service
