I have been really disappointed with the quality of the food at this location recently. It’s not as fresh and hot as it used to be.On top of that, they are promoting order ahead and I have the app, but when you get to the drive through there is this obnoxious sign that says pick up mobile orders inside (in other words, don’t bother us in the drive through). What if a customer can’t physically go inside and carry the food out? Don’t they realize how many other places you can just order online, pay online, and then just roll through the drive through for pickup? Why make it so hard?
What happened! Drive through sucked! Food at home sucked! This use to be a great place!!!
Hot mess express. Lazy and incompetent staff! Terrible customer service, good luck with your order they never get it right or seem to even know what they’re doing.
They went out of their way to help me with my order. It was all fresh and good customer service. Some KFC'S aren't great but this place is pretty consistent ?
This location has really friendly staff! Love the energy and they always get the orders right! Bonus points for being efficient
There should be a zero rating I ordered a three-piece meal got to the window and I didn't want mashed potatoes I wanted coleslaw and they wouldn't take a small styrofoam container out and put a small styrofoam container of coleslaw in there and then they were extremely rude about it ask for the regional manager's number and they said they don't have to give that out
Wish I could remember the gentlemens name at the register..he was so sweet and understanding when we came in 6 people deep with a large order... He handled it was grace didnt get flustered and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10
Got a 8 pice bucket. I got home and would not eat it. Looked disgusting. Legs showed half black bone as well as thighs. Customer service non existent. No employees looked happy. I called corporate and reported store and quality of chicken. Took pictures, was that bad.
Honestly the worst Resturant I order all the time a five layer burrito just meat and extra nacho cheese and it is always wrong I also order chicken 8piece with legs and wings only and I never get what I ask this one needs to be really looked at I hate the way they even talk to you not once but more than this I would definitely like to see new Managent this is not just from one time this is multiple that’s why they have this review
Sweet KFC your food is always hitting but the lady in the pink jacket in the drive thru gotta go. She has zero customer service training. One things for sure and two things for certain…I will never argue with a b in fast food but if she hates her job I recommend she quit or y’all put her in the back.
