Every time I come in here, the staff are so rude. Specifically the female managers. They have zero customer service skills, and I literally have never seen a single one of them smile. They walk around with the grumpiest look on their face and never have any urgency at all. And they never honor the survey coupon on the backs of their receipts which states you get a free chicken sandwich when you buy one. They "try" to put the code in and say it don't work. Even when I show them the screenshot from the actual survey website. And these are always brand new, never redeemed before, and well within the 30 day period that they're supposed to be good for so those are not the issue. They always just mumble that it don't work and walk off and let the cashier try again and then attempt to cash me out full price. No! How about you don't run a promotion if you don't honor it?! If you don't want my money then I'll go somewhere else that does. And is it really that hard to look at least the tiniest bit friendly? I know they probably hate their job, but don't take that out on the customers who are paying for your paycheck. You have lost me as a customer, and I always now tell people I know to not go there either. Even if you do go there, have fun waiting at the front counter for at least 5 minutes if not longer for someone to finally come and take your order, even though 3 or 4 other "workers" have already seen you and just ignore you. This place is awful, and a horrible representation of what Colonel Sanders stood for. If I could give them zero stars, or better yet negative stars, then that would be more deserving then the one star review that they are getting from me.

They no longer have the apple turnovers which was a little disappointing, but fried chicken is fried chicken... boxed potatoes and boxed gravy....but normal KFC taste (exactly what I grew up with). The in-laws wanted something quick and this was it,otherwise I would have cooked myself.

When there are multiple people in line questioning why their mobile orders weren't ready that they had ordered within the last hour, and all the teenagers that work there are busy goofing around and there appears to be not one single adult or member of management in the building, just go somewhere else. Drive thru line wrapped around the building and spilling out onto the service road, lines inside and nobody working the registers. On a Thursday. Fridays I could see this, maybe a Saturday even. But during the week?!?! This store needs some guidance from management.

April 6, 2022I stopped and ordered 2 dinners. One with 3piece and the other 2 piece. We were just sitting here eating and my husband started choking. He jumped up, ran to the bathroom and started spitting up blood. He was eating the mashed potatoes. He bit into something ,it cut his lip. I have pictures. Gross . I called to talk to Manager and SHE SAID " MAM WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING IN OUR MASHED POTATOES. " if I could I'd post the bloody pictures. Waiting for call from attorney. It was slivers of a chicken bone. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered through app at 9:00pm for a 5$fill up bowl (mashed potatoes, corn & popcorn chicken w gravy) & 2 biscuits the order was first confirmed after waiting 40 mins the order was cancelled.

Just made an order on the app. The store hours state it's open until 12 AM (made my order at 9:50 PM). The app allowed me to make the order. Got to the store, it was locked. There were people and employees inside. I knocked and they just stared at me for a minute before they finally came over. I said I had an online order, and they told me to go to the drive thru. I did, and than they told me "we don't have anything, we declined your order." I asked if I was still being charged, they said to cancel my order through the app (which isn't an option).So they closed their store well before their posted closing. They stared at a customer simply trying to get an answer. Than they make me go through hoops just to tell me they aren't getting my food. Now, I don't know if I'm being charged for food I never received.Extremely bad customer service here.EDIT - I was charged for food I didn't get. I had to go through customer service to get my money back a week and a half later. Had the store not completely stopped their operations (at least) 15 minutes before their posted closing time, this wouldn't have happened. This is still unacceptable.

Came in on Friday night at 8:30pm but the lobby was closed way before Googke posted closing time. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes then ordered a #2 KFC meal only to be told they were out of Chicken... then employee offered to exchange the leg & thigh for wings. My bf doesn't like wings so I asked if they could exchange the leg & thigh for tenders... the girl said yes - never stated it woukd be an extra charge. Instead of paying $6.50 for the meal I ended up being charged $10.50 because they ran out of chicken. I also ordered a Gordita Chicken Supreme with Extra Cheese and Chalupa Chicken Supreme with Extra Cheese - which I was charged for - to get a 'hamburger' Gordita and Chalupa - no Supreme and no Extra Cheese - but I got charged $22. When I called to complain I was told to call back on Monday to talk to Sara or Greg. When I called on Monday at 11am - conveniently the phone repeatedly went unanswered and turned on a fax machine. This store is a RIP OFF... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and side of mac and cheese for my son... Fast friendly service and looking at my sons sandwich it actually looked liked the picture... 98% of the time when you go to a fast food restaurant the pictures they post of food options never look anything like the picture! Go KFC...

I have been to this establishment twice for a chicken sandwich, both times I was told they would not be able to make my sandwiches fresh. Im confused because the commercial says hot and fresh to order. Such a shame. Im disappointed, I should also point out that i never have this issue at any other location.

Tried ordering a 12pc and automatically the girl taking my order said "I dont even have enough chicken for a 12pc". I asked if there was enough for an 8pc, she checked then told me there was enough for a 12pc but all that was left was white meat. That's fine.Got home and its a regular damn bucket of both white and dark meat. I even asked her what the dark meat was because my sister only eats dark meat... I tried ordering a chicken little but she said they were out of tenders so i ordered a quesadilla.. Didnt even need to.1. Check what you have before saying you dont have enough2. Know your meats... Only whites and yet we get both... Seriously? I even ASKED YOU!!
