Upon ordering my food it was told to me that I would have it between 30 to 45 minute wait, after an hour and 20 minutes the food finally arrived, however the delivery driver couldn't even wait for me to open the door as he threw my food on the ground in front of my door, I confronted him at his car about it and he saw absolutely nothing wrong with putting my food on the ground and on top of it the food was cold after all his time driving around! When I called the manager to complain, she did not even hear me out completely interrupting me telling me that she avoided it and the money we go back on my card and then hung up on me!! Extremely rude!!!! Being busy is no excuse for being rude or disrespectful!!!!!!!

My pickup order was done well within the timeframe that was given on the website. Food was still hot and fresh when picked up. The very charming girl verified my order for me. She greeted me and got me in and out within a few minutes. 5 stars.
I have been ordering delivery from the hungry Howie's on ridge road in Pasco county Florida for years now and all of a sudden the manager is going to call me and tell me they do not deliver to my house anymore it is out of their zone after they've been doing it for several years and I've been tipping their drivers way more than they should ever be tipped just for driving it to my house
The customer service is superb, and the thin crust pizza is made exactly as ordered!!!
I love Hungry Howie's! But they let me down tonight. Ordered 2 subs and a small pizza for my young daughter. Subs were great! But the small pizza didn't have the flavored crust. She was disappointed.Hungry Howie's is supposed to be all about the flavored crust. Need to pay more attention.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Your best best is to pick up from another store. Hungry Howies is my favorite major chain pizza place but this store is going to force me NOT to order from there until I move to a different location. I have had multiple problems with this store being late and giving me under cooked food, but this last time topped all other times. I ordered my food at 7:40pm and was given an 80min wait time which is ridiculous but I accepted that. I didn't get my food until 10pm -- over 2 hours!!! I tried to be decent and understanding the first time I called at 9:15pm and was told it should be here in 10-15 min. 45 minutes later I called again explaining to the that I have starving little ones that are still up at 10pm waiting to eat and you know what both of them told me? It's not their fault! My God, they couldn't even accept that they seriously screwed up, let a mother vent, and just say sorry. Any other place would have apologized and and offered a credit to keep the loyalty. The owner is the main problem who should lose their right to run a store ruining Hungry Howies reputation. I am more discusted with their lack of compassion than I am with anything else! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
