As the owner of D.R.S. Mechanical Services llc, an air conditioning and refrigeration service company, I have been in many fast food places for repairs. Let me say that with out any doubt whatsoever, this place is among the cleanest I have seen and worked in. I can say that this family owned franchise cares about what their customers eat. Believe me, after what ive seen in my line of business, I wont eat anywhere unless I know its clean.They have, for the most part, always made my orders correctly. There was a time or two where the pizza was cooked a bit too much or they added something that i didnt ask for. But, no one is perfect and they employ young men and women there so its going to happen. The important thing is that they always went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected.Any time I can support a local family business its a good thing, and this is no exception. A local family business with good food and great values.
We use hungry howies off grand all the time. We've had mess ups here and there but never made too big of a deal about it bc ppl are human. But the last 3 times I've ordered from them it's not been what I've ordered. I've tried to call and most times I can't get an answer if it's later in the day. This past time I was charged for something I didn't get and still called being nice about it, just was hoping for a solution. I would even drive there myself to get the fixed pizza. I got hung up on that was said it was a disconnection. Which again, fine I wasn't upset I called back to be argued with about my pizza. I couldn't have been anymore cooperative and they were rude and argumentative. I see why they have a 3.4 now.
Took them over 2 hours for delivery...this was a second try but ill never order from this location again, ill drive the 30mins one way to pick up from a quality hungry howies next time.
Just ordered chicken parm and said noodles but got baked ziti instead manager said they use the boneless chicken not a cutlet and hardly any chicken. What the hell will never ordered that again only pizza from them. Will go to leaning tower of pizza for real pasta and chicken parm.
Don't order deliveryI ordered at 7:16 pm. It said 80 minutes. I keep checking the tracker and for pretty much the entire time it says being made (so you think it will change to delivery any second). Still said being made when I finally called at 84 minutes. The girl tells me, sorry we are swamped. I talk to manager. I have a sick and tired lil girl waiting for her dinner and I'm told "well, you can come pick it up and it will be ready in 25 minutes". So she couldn't even get dinner to our house in 1 hour and 45 minutes!? I asked her and she said no. I canceled the entire order. I had no choice. I am not going to send her to bed without food and I'm sure people have been getting their pizzas before mine. After all. Mine eas a big order. 4 subs, 1 junior pizza and one Buffalo pizza. Ridiculous. They control the tracker times, they can call and inform us of the delay. They didn't care at all. Now it has been 20 minutes since I called and it still shows they are making it and not canceled. Very rude didn't get our order for 2 hours plus. Then showed up wanting cash even though we gave card information never order from this place u won't get your food or ur money back

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Your best best is to pick up from another store. Hungry Howies is my favorite major chain pizza place but this store is going to force me NOT to order from there until I move to a different location.
Every time I order here for wacky Wednesday we have a problem getting thru. They hung up on my husband 4 times so he used my phone and then got hung up on again twice. Saturday i tried to order 3 subs, turkey club, an Italian, and an ultimate. They didnt have turkey or Italians, which only has Pepperoni and salami. How does a pizza place not have pepperoni. Take it off your menu! Also, the very first time we ordered there when we moved here all our food was raw. We had to throw our food in the over for 15 mins!
Best fast food pizza joint in area when compared to likes of little Caesars, domino's,pizza hut,Papa John's etc...love the fact that I can eat whole pizza crust and all because of the flavored crust choices staff always professional and nice .
