Oh my gosh went in there and they are completely enclosed and have absolutely their son taking orders who had no clue.It is absolutely aweful walking in there.Customer service yes a zero!!!! Then put your card in this totally enclosed box.Then mom came up with here nasty face to take over for 12 year old son.What a joke I will never come to this place again.Aweful!!!!!! Didn’t tell me how long I just went and sat in my car.It’s aweful don’t go!!!!
Live close by and been ordering for a few years now and tonight was last time, as I cannot do to the Covid Plexiglass bomb shelter thing. Foods good but it’s abnormal at this point, and I can no longer subscribe to this behavior. Fair game as it’s their business but I’m out. Best!

Ive been ordering from Hot Wok for a few years - food is great however delivery has been awful the last few times. My food cold every time. Drivers telling me they have 5 other stops before they get to me. Reheated fried food is never good and if it continues I will stop ordering from them
If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Their food is amazing. I LOVE the bourbon chicken with white rice. I have never found a Chinese place that I love this much. And I’m not even from Florida, we moved here a month ago.
Food tastes extremely fresh, delivery guy was very nice, and was fast. Will definitely be my go-to Chinese place from now on.
I have been ordering from them for 17 years now. Never a problem with the food always good, hot and delivery is always earlier than anticipated. Very reasonable prices. Wonderful same family owned through the years. Even though covid they were great.
Great food, just a tiny bit difficult to place an order at the counter through the covid protection booth they still have in place.
Best Chinese food around! And the delivery is always fast. Very pleased with the food and customer service!
I honestly do not know why this place has such good reviews. I waited an hour and 20 minutes just to get cold food! Veggie low mein is just noodles nd onions with barely any flavor. Not to mention, They took my card number nd then put me on hold to ring someone out in which it deleted my card info. She did this to me THREE TIMES, until i told her i wont give my card info again. Very disappointed
