This place is 10/10 my every weekend spot. You can tell the staff is family ran/close knit because they all help each other and super friendly. The food is amazing, comes out hot and fast without hurting your pocket. You might have a small wait time, but it’s definitely worth it ♥️
Stay away from this place, service is crapMy wife and mother in-law went here for breakfast, we have been to this place a lot. Food is good but it got expensive considering the prices in the area e. But today, my wife who is very Christian, for her eggs to be cooked right. No attitude or anything except that from the employees. They came back to the table and told my wife that they had to leave or they were going to call the cops. All over eggs that they didn't cook right.
Only have eaten there 2 or 3 times in 6 years. Food was good, service was remarkable! The entire wait staff was very attentive, worked together, and was very friendly. I think most of the girls visited our table at least once to tend to our needs (which we never had to ask for). And this was a busy time. Service, I feel, is the most important thing in a restaurant. I definitely will return.
have been going there for about two years now a couple times a week breakfast and lunch and have tried just about everything they have, I have not had a bad serving of anything, seems to me they have put together the best recipe for each special, never been disappointed with any meal I have had.The waitresses are all polite and very entertaining at times, like my wife will tell you,they didn't let me get away with anything. the staff is great and I especially like Tammy she keeps me on my best behavior as my wife says. I have tried every place around for breakfast and lunch and the hilltop in my opinion has the best food for the price. Awesome they even gave me a nickname. Tell them B.C. as they call me recommended you.
We usually come to this place to eat because of how conveniently close it used to be to our home. Every single time that we went there we ended up having to send our food back because they didn’t cook it the way we asked them to. Usually they cook the eggs a lil more and then my husband is happy. We pay our bill and give generous tips even when not deserved obviously because ,Apparently , according to the waitresses there us being regulars at their restaurant is a Inconvenience because they don’t know how to cook eggs. We told them if they didn’t want to fix the food then he would just eat somewhere else and me and my kids would eat our food and pay for it and then leave. So we were yelled at to not come back again. None of us ate any of the food on our plates and since we were being harassed and screamed at by the waitress , we decided to leave. She threatened to call the police on my children and I and spit in my face screaming at me saying she thinks that we did. The restaurant was completely full of guests when this lady decided to go crazy on us because she was rude from the minute we walked in. Never ever will we go back. And I WILL never recommend anyone eat there. Food is terrible! Makes me disgusted the way they treat there guests. Most of the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. OH and not to mention the fact that they always have hair in the food and the fruit flies are always flying around you.
Great food and service as usual the wait staff recognizes it's regular and makes you feel at home. ?
The service was terrific. Christina, Sammy, Tammy and Charice were our servers on many occasions and always received exceptional service. We really enjoyed their personalities. In general, the girls at the front of the restaurant were always very pleasant. Food has been very good. Just a great place to go to and have breakfast or lunch. I would definitely recommend Hilltop to other people.
I'm not a foodie. That being said, I loved my breakfast from Hilltop Cafe (delivered by Doordash). I ordered the Hungry Man #2 (three egg breakfast) and got enough food for three days worth of breakfast. I *LOVE* a good value. Everything tasted great, especially the hash browns. It's so easy for restaurants to salt their potatoes to death, but Hilltop seasoned them so you could taste the potato flavor without overwhelming salt which was awesome. It was nice not feeling like I had to drink a ton of water after breakfast. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly for me (I hate runny eggs). My bacon was done as requested (I prefer it done well) and the pancakes were wonderful! This is another good choice for a hearty traditional American breakfast if you're looking for a good place to go.
