My husband and I ordered take our from here as we normally do about 2 times a month and for some reason the food seems to be getting worse. I did a online order and showed up after my pick up time and my food wasn’t even ready. They tell me to wait like I was getting fresh food and I sit a good 20-25 minutes and finally get my order. I get my food and get home not even 10 minutes up the road and it’s room temp. Veggies were soggy, rice was a weird texture like from sitting and the meat was so DRY. I asked for medium rare steak and it was like steak jerky and basically no sauce/flavor. Here I am with a upset stomach and nauseous (I only ate a few bites) and my husband is throwing up. (He reheated his food). Not too happy with the service we received.
Delicious food at a great price
This place has absolutely no customer service. They admitted to personally messing up my meal but refused to help us in any way. They do not budge, do not waste ur time complaining about completely messing up because they will give you the ring around. Never been treated like that before. Ever. Absurdity at its finest.
Review number 200! I went here on a whim last summer after noticing it for the first time. I grew up in the neighborhood next door so I was happy to see this place so conveniently located. Hands down some of the best prices I've ever seen on high-quality sushi and hibachi. Friendly quick well-priced and convenient to get to. I've been here about 12-15 times in the last year or so and will probably come out another 12-15 times over the nextyear. Keep it up.
For shame. Picking up order, which isn't a fun drive, I looked at the 1sr meal, good job. Like just about every other restaurant, I should have looked below because our 2nd order was wrong. I love this place so I don't want to compare you guys to the other places who can't get an order right. The wrong order cost us a couple dollars you charge for switching out things but more important, I can't trust you all and that's a shame.Quality goes a long way. A long drive I'm hesitant to drive for food that's not cheap.
I have ordered food here several times and today we only got 4 rolls in our sushi and we ordered three kinds. The portions from all the meals were tiny also.
Hibachi Express is a favorite to deliver for. Food is always ready, well packaged and orders are always fulfilled.Never had a single issue to date.The employees are professional, and kind.This is the place for local cuisine for it top notch food and great turnaround time.parking is limited in this shopping center.
Delicious! I asked for the teriyaki lunch special, except with steak. Very accommodating. I will be back!
This restaurant had a good lunch crowd for a Wednesday afternoon. I expected to get some great sushi, but was disappointed. The sushi rice seriously lacked flavor & had no salt or seasoning. The 3 sushi rolls that we ordered were very small & lacking in fillings & toppings, especially for $24. Fortunately the edamame was great for $3.25 additional. Don't expect any smiles or friendly customer service either. It looked like most patrons were eating hibachi plates. If I find myself here again, maybe I'll try one of those. I wish I had a more positive experience to share.
Great food but horrible management I called 20 minutes before they close for order for pickup and they tell me they will not let me place the order because they want to close early because they're slow forget the fact that they have a paying customer I really enjoyed the food however I don't know if I will be going back after this
