I have not attended this fine restaurant to date. We are planning on going today with another couple to celebrate my wife's birthday.We looked over the menu and viewed the photos online.It appears that we are making a wonderful choice.Also, we read all the reviews listed. The mix of positives and negatives are pretty well defined. However, some of the low points were most likely induced by alcohol consumption. All reviews should be defined with the product and environment which is offered. My take, most likely will be a 5 star..Thank you...
Mediocre at best. Ordered the Hangover Burger. Felt like a hangover after I ate it. I ordered medium came back well done and dry. The menu said home fries came back with French fries. They brought the home fries out and they were cold and soggy. Large OJ was a small Mason jar. Had to wait for silverware. First and last time. Way over priced.
First time ever here and we had the calamari and the poutine for appetizers and both were made to perfection! They were absolutely delicious! For dinner we got the rigatoni bolognese and pan roasted salmon dinner and we were blown away by the quality of the food. I love this place. Not to mention they have a wonderful selection at their bar! My server Alex was wonderful and very helpful with recommendations. She was also very diligent and stayed on top of her tables. Will definitely be coming back and recommend to others!
I have been at this restaurant 2-3 times prior but this was the first time I went to Sunday brunch here. I will never comeback. We waited 10-15 mins to order drinks and another 45 mins after we ordered our food to get our order. I spoke to the Owner and he gave me a very insincere apology and told me that that it shouldn't have taken so long and that they were busy. I understand that they were busy, but they should not be busy enough not to provide some communication to their customers (which I am one). Instead of offering a solution, he started asking me how I wanted to solve the issue. Customers should not be put in a situation like that. Owners or managers should consider what the customer has already gone through and offer a solution. I am not looking for a free meal or discount, I just wanted better communication and understanding. We were paying the bill and the waitress informed me that the owner was taking 20% off the bill. I would have been fine with that, but she kept badgering me about the situation. I told her I just wanted to cool down, but she persisted to talk to me and basically through the 20% discount in my face. I tried to explain that all I wanted was a bit of communication to let me know what was going on with our order. She was really defensive and borderline rude. That said, we still have her a tip because she still performed her job at some level and we always respect people in the service Industry. Food is decent, but if you want decent service and customer support stay away. If I could I have would have put no stars.
In my opinion the owners are rude, do not value customer satisfaction or make any attempt to resolve the problem. I wanted to work it out so I could return at a future date... Vince did not care if I came back to eat or not. I had placed an order on their website and paid for it, only to be told I did not and could not, essentially telling me that I was either ignorant or lying, even though I had the printed receipt. I am a 65 year old woman that was treated very poorly. Again with the lies vince? I was already in the parking lot when you called the sheriff. We had a good conversation, and they talked to you, and then came out to me again to say you had put in place an order of trespass. They told me if I came back I would violate that order. Don't worry, I'm not interested. I will spend my money at a better place with owners with integrity....no need to worry. Have a nice life
We had a enjoyable Sunday brunch with bottomless bloody Marys.Spacious seating.Shrimp and grits. Grits were a bit dry however that is grits. Eggs and Benny's were great as well. Nice outdoor seating for smokers. And our server Nicole was fabulous. Over all great experience and we plan to return.
Nice atmosphere and service. We ordered the fish and chips, and really very disappointed. The fish bather was overwhelming hence a bit undercooked. The chips, really aren't, are regular French fries (better get them at a McDonald's) and the slaw.. Really don't know from where is that recipe, but for sure, never ordering the so called fish and chips again there. Oh the sause was scrumptious!
Nice location and atmosphere. We had the fish and chips and a cheeseburger. The fish and the burger was good but the fries were soggy and cold. Might try something without fries next time.
Awesome all around, priced surprisingly reasonable. Great service good drinks although nothing super fancy, great food and good atmosphere. Great for a night out and the prices make it something you can do semi-frequently.
The food was awesome, service was terrific, we will be back.
