We arrived around 2pm with a large crowd of 14 people and they were able to accommodate us fairly quickly. The staff was overall very friendly, knowledgeable, especially with some of our guests who were first timers. Ms. Jen was taking care of our table and helped to make our visit a great experience. If you've ever eaten at a 1st Watch you know that their plates are usually BIG! Try something new as their version of a familiar plate may surprise you!
Let me start off with I understand it's Father's Day. They are very busy today. Waiter Jeremy Top Notch. Like I said I understand very busy today. But no excuse for kitchen staff to let food go out looking like this ( see photos). Worst experience I've ever had at a First Watch. The food is normally outstanding. But being busy should never lower food quality
Great atmosphere and the service is wonderful. I like that they leave the water and coffee jugs at the table for you.Menu is easy to read with a lot of great options- vegetarian friendly.Will be returning soon for their summer menu!
Jayden served us well...the market veg sandwich & Kale salad was delish...so was the Kale Tonic. Came on Sunday brunch, place was busy. Loved it, will return.
2 years ago I was a patron and gave this restaurant 5 stars because the (dine in) experience was amazing. Today, as a Door Dasher picking up an order to deliver to a customer, the experience was God awful.Today Omar, from the staff, blatantly dismissed me to attend to a customer who dined in and needed to pay before leaving. The customer, who acknowledged I was waiting for assistance long before they even walked up, pointed this out to Omar but he just advised her I was waiting on a To Go order and proceeded to help her first. It was only after she was done that he finally ask the name of the order I was waiting on. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO ASSIST ONCE HE LEFT FOR THE KITCHEN. So I sat and waited, noticing a To Go order also sitting on a shelf in the kitchen for over 10 minutes before it was brought to me as my customer's order. While I waited, I had the pleasure of speaking to a very nice gentleman waiting for an online order who was NEVER acknowledged my whole time in the restaurant, and another delivery service worker also waiting for assistance. The icing on the cake was that any time a dine in customer stood at the register for 2 minutes staff would come by to take their payment, ignoring any people waiting on To Go orders, until we decided to speak up or ask for help.I won't be dining here nor picking up any more orders from this restaurant. It's clear they only care about the customers that dine in.
Great helthy meals and refreshing beverages made with all-natural ingredients. Great friendly staff and everyone looks so healthy when they frequent your establishment!
Food was really good. They have a unique twist with each dish. You can tell care is taken to put together a wholesome menu that allows for freshness and Pureness. This would be a 5 star except our order was lost and it took a little while longer for our food. They did comp us a portion of the meal and apologized.
We absolutely love our local first watch and the staff is amazing very sweet and kind.
First time there this week. I had the traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs, toast, roasted potatoes, and chicken sausage. Service was very fast and polite. I liked that they give you a small carafe of coffee and a large bottle of water so you can do your own refills. Everything was excellent and the atmosphere was open and bright. I’ll be back.
Im only giving this a 3 star rating because there was 1) lipstick on the coffee cup we first got, 2) hair in the waffle, \\u0026 3) hair in the bacon. Ruined the experience and visit. The manager gave 50% off one of the bills to compensate. The food otherwise was amazing, flavorful and filling. We got cold brew and hot coffee and pressed juice which was so good!
