Zero stars if I could.. Horrible experience.... Ordered food in the drive thru but was directed to pull forward so they could bring the remaining food out. The worker stuck her head out the window and shouted "to move" in a condescending manner.three times. My wife was driving so I got out and went in and asked for a manger. Her name is Alexis and she was the one yelling outside the drive thru window. I asked for her manger and she said she didn't have one. My order was incorrect and they never provided a receipt either. My latte was labeled incorrectly. They gave me the incorrect donut as well. I will never come back to this location on on US 54 & Duck Slough.

Been here a few times and they know my name when I walk in!! Jonathan and his crew are very attentive to your needs and as friendly as it gets!! Truly top notch customer service! My favorite Dunkin of all time!! Hats off!!
Not the best. Ordered some breakfast sandwiches, omelet bites and a latte. They told me they couldn't serve omelette bites because they were still frozen. They did do a breakfast sandwich instead. The croissants were burnt & the latte tasted like the milk was sour!! Unfortunately, I didn't realize that part until I had left. The donuts were fresh but, I probably won't be back to this location. On a good note the staff was very nice.
I just went here and they had no ice cream, no donuts or bakery items. I ordered a scoop of vanilla yogurt and it tastes absolutely horrible like metal. Why stay open?????? Not good.
Bad hot coffee, bad cold coffee. Probably water was wrong, one sip and we have to through it out.
This store is located on US 54 & Duck Slough in CVS plaza in Trinity, FL. I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Horrible management, employees complaining in customer’s presence, & rude employees! There is a brunette who works the cash register & average size male with tattooed arms who worked on Saturday that have the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced!!! In addition, I waited over 20 minutes for 4 black coffees & a dozen donuts after order was placed! I wish I could have taken my tip $$, gotten a refund, & just walked out!! My family, friends, & myself will NEVER return!!! I should have videoed my 20 minute ordeal. Then, corporate when go in & fire at least 2 employees for sure!!
I always get great iced coffees here and great customer service. I super appreciate it!
I had the best experience today at the Dunkin on Rt 54 and Duck Slough in Trinity, FL!! Issac and another employee (sorry I didn't catch his name) were so incredibly kind to me. their customer service was top notch. little did they know I was having a horrible day following a doctor appt and they turned my whole day around. This location has had great customer service and today was just a great example of that!! Thank you, Issac and the other male employee. You made my day!!
They got our order perfect. We love the avocado toast! Their donuts make crispy creams look terrible.
