I wish I could remember the name of each of the women working the register the last few times I've been there so I could personally & properly thank them all for being SO AWESOME!! They each made my niece's day & mine every time we went. They did it with positive attitudes, great service & a willingness to engage & joke with their customers & they just went above and beyond to make my niece feel special. Thank you! Also thanks to all the other people workers who have always made sure the coffee, donuts & the rest of the food & drinks are as great & as fresh as can be. You Rock!

I couldn’t figure out how to get my free coffee today on the app. Theresa personally told me to pull around and she would bring my coffee and show me how to do it . She came right out with my coffee and walked me through the process on my phone . She was so nice, understanding and funny . I hope her boss sees this because she deserves to be commended for her wonderful customer service and great attitude. I work as customer service as well and it’s not easy . Thanks Theresa you made my day !

During my last visit at Dunkin Donuts I had ordered a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese they forgot to give me cream cheese on my toasted bagel. (Even though I had paid for it). The cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE. She ask me if they put the cream cheese on only half the bagel. I informed her that they didn't. I had even called the store and informed them of there mistake. Instead of correcting the situation the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE. I will NEVER go back to that store again. There cashiers need training in customer service skills.Extremely dissatisfied, the only reason I gave them one star was for the kind lady making my food.

Rude staff and long wait times. Went there a few times before and they always had long wait times or messed up the order. Today was especially bad. Terrible customer service. The line was long so my friend & I used the app to order ahead and get some of the app exclusive deals from it. One of the employees, I believe her name was Teresa, got extremely rude about it. She acted extremely unprofessional and talked badly about us to other customers and her staff. We were held up for almost twenty minutes waiting for our orders, which were only one drink each. Don't recommend and will not go back.

Stopped in on my way to work after ordering on the app. Was not in a rush at all because I could see how busy they were. I saw 2 of my 3 items were ready and waiting so I asked an employee about the 3rd item (again not in a rush, just asking a question) and she dropped the item on the table right in front of me, pointed to it, and YELLED that she knew it was missing and was getting to it. I understand they are stressed, but I was floored by the way it was handled. I also heard another employee tell a customer that ordering on the app doesn’t mean you get your food and drinks sooner and they have to take care of the people who ordered in person first. Definitely not how it works. I’ll stick to the Dunkin a little further south.

I’m looking at these awful reviews and I’m thinking they most have not encountered Theresa. It’s rare that anyone in this day has any clue what customer service. I stopped in for something to drink not knowing what I wanted, I just knew I didn’t want another frappe from McDonald’s. I was greeted with a smile from Theresa. I asked her to make something cold frozen with alot of caffeine. That she did with such a wonderful attitude. Yes you can make drinks and someone’s day too. Just Theresa, why your at it try the “Theresa special “.!!!!

Actually had to call corporate on this Dunkin' because the service is always so bad. None of the staff seem trained on how to ring up a refill. They charge all different prices for a medium iced coffee. If I ask for a Manager, they say there isn't one here, or the Manager went home (?????). It takes forever to get a simple drink. And the window has bees all over it every time I go there. They even have a bee mug sitting in the window like they are proud of that danger. Geesh! 0 stars for this location.

I just visited the drive-thru and because of the time of year the window was covered in bees so I quickly stated I'm going to come in side to pay because I'm allergic. Once I got in and mentioned I'm the one who came in because of the allergy and older woman was snarky and stated "well I'm allergic too" making me look like I was overreacting. I wasn't upset or anything just stating the fact so they knew that my order was at the window still. Then the older woman of the crew had an unlit cigarette in her hand while both being at the register and making drinks. I let the younger gal know that it's unsavory even if it's unlit and she said there's nothing she can do because it was her manager because she's been here longer.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts around , was asked to park so they can make my food 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants , and 4 wake up wraps . Sat for 15 minutes in a parking spot finally went in and waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and then found out they voided the order or something (they didn’t make it) and tried to have me pay AGAIN for my order that I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for now after showing my bank account proving they took my money . Absolutely terrible management going on here , not coming back to this location. The worker Brian there is awesome though he was running around doing it all so props to him , maybe pay him some more to keep him .

Yall need to calm down with the sugar in the coffees. I use to prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but for the past 5+ years your coffees taste like a cup of sugar. If I say less sugar they screw it up and its not enough. I think I'll skip Duncan not just this location but everywhere. Gas station coffee tastes better. 2 stars vs 1 as your Munchkins are good.
