Staff are professional and kind, HOWEVER, if your name is DUNKIN' DONUTS-->> HTH ARE YOU OUT OF GLAZED DONUTS BY 9AM? Both times I've visited, they're out of those? Isn't that only the most popular thing that most people like, you'd think they'd have an abundance? Especially at 9am? I mean, I think that's unacceptable? I asked how that is both times, the young man replied " well, we don't make them on-site, they're delivered now " uhhmm....? I'm ? confused, just go to a different location if you're able.
I have received multiple sandwiches that remained frozen in the center, cold drinks that should have been warm. Employees have said they couldn't make my normal weekly order various other locations made for years. Recently I've switched to decaf and they've messed up my order 5 times out of 8. One time I'm certain it was labeled properly and they still gave me regular coffee.
The employees quite literally tried to kill me.Ordered a decaf ice coffee this morning and recieved a regular. I mentioned the mistake and the employee took the drink back through the window. (A first for me)I'm given a different coffee which I drink a quarter of before my heart began racing and didn't subside for hours.
Add something to eat that’s gluten free
Food was fine, everything else was so-so. There was garbage all over the floor outside the store front. Walked in and approached the counter. 3 employees walked up to the counter to do other things but never acknowledged me. When they finally did, I placed my order without issue. I then watched them prepare my order. No real issues here other than it took forever.
Honestly I’m not normally one to complain about service at places like this (I understand sometimes since I also work in the service industry) but the employees here are consistently rude every time I go, I went in today and there was no one at the front counter and the one employee I did see passed me multiple times without saying anything and gave me dirty looks as I was waiting to order and I’ve had multiple similar experiences at this location. Was in there for almost 20 minutes just trying to order one iced coffee before a different employee greeted me and took my order. Spend the extra money and go to Starbucks instead, you’ll get significantly better service ??♀️
My mom went here and they made fun of my mom's accent when ordering food. She pulled up to the window and heard them cackling over her saying Boston creme. So disgusting
Consistently messes up our orders.Wrong coffees, last time was wrong donut, this time I ordered a toasted bagel and open it to find that they just slapped cream cheese on a raw bagel and didn't bother heating it.My husband also has problems with this location EVERY SINGLE TIME.I guess I'll switch to the Starbucks across the road.
The worst dunkin in town. The past two times I’ve gone there my food is still frozen in the middle and ever time I’ve come there the employees are smoking next to the drive thru ? never going back there again.
This is my second experience at this location and it was equally horrible as it was the first time. The coffee was great but I was asked to pull around the building for my food so it could be made “fresh.” When I got home with my husband we both realized that our hashbrowns and our bagels were completely burnt and we are unable to return to the location to get replacements. I tried calling the location to see what they could do for me but no one is answering the phone. Pretty horrible experience. I always opt for the one that’s close to this location on 54 and Rowan. The service is a lot better and the people are a lot nicer just fyi ….. you won’t have to pay for burnt charcoal and be stuck with it… completely inedible
