The menu glass was unlocked and hit my mirror at the drive thru,this was like 8 something at night I told the lady at the window nicely that it can break someone's mirror because it swang open and hit mine.given by the expression on her face she was annoyed with me telling her this and did not say nothing back, when received my avocado toast it was burnt.

This Dunkin in particular used to be 5* but since turnover in staff the quality of product is not as good. Before the staff changes the previous staff the coffee and service was great now the coffee is hardly right as you order it and the store also went back to old lids which are usually not on very good when they hand the coffee to you and it spills all over your vehicle. I usually do not write a review or say much as the staff is very nice it seems like the quality is not there like it used to be. I keep coming back hoping it will get better. I used to brag about this Dunkin because it was very good because most are pretty bad. But now this review covers it.

My sister went to this Dunkin’ Donuts through the drive-through this morning to get her usual chai tea latte with an everything bagel. The girl at the drive-through was extremely rude and didn’t want to help her at all maybe because there was a line full of people or maybe because today was a bad day in general. That’s understood but maybe next time she should really be more courteous to a pregnant woman. If you guys are not steaming almond milk explain why you’re not steaming almond milk anymore instead of just saying we cannot do it. I Come from a customer service industry that deals with thousands of dollars of merchandise for customers and our girls will never treat a customer the way this young lady treated my sister in a drive-through. The huffing and puffing in the speaker basically just being straight up rude. She didn’t try to explain the situation she didn’t try to help her choose a different option to sell her anything different she just wanted her gone. So my sister did just that she went to another location and the lady at that location was amazing she explained to her why there were no longer doing that but gave her different options that’s what customer service is all about. This is what you guys have representing your company I think you’re gonna lose a lot of business at this location and maybe you should think about it. Hopefully this feedback is helpful to know that you should not go there in the morning not knowing what you want because the drive-through girl is not gonna treat you right. Maybe you should just go to Starbucks where they make the experience personal

I've tried over and over to give this DD a chance because they're the closest one to where I currently live. I use the Order Ahead option through the app.It has been consistent that every single time I've done this they've messed up my food order. Few and far between are there staff present that are friendly; I'm usually met with an indifferent attitude.One time they messed up my sandwich 3x and the last time I was sent home with a cold egg on my sandwich. I even emailed corporate and nothing was done. I will start driving out of my way to the Trinity location.

Though we haven’t been here in years, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. From the lack of offered doughnuts, to the lack of knowledge by the server behind the counter. If America runs on Dunkin, I know why the country is in now the toilet

Franchise location. They make and follow their own rules. Like no ice cream or donuts past 9 pm. Despite being open 24 hours.

Just walk out after the gentleman making food grab my coffee the young lady was making and chugged it .She told him it wasnt for him he had no remorse and proceeded to harass her she asked him to stop. She walked out and then all we heard screaming from the back . She came out front to continue to do her best and work with customers even with tears in her eyes and upset while he continued taunting her . I will say she was still doing a good job for what she just went threw But that gentleman in the back making the food who wasn't even in a Dunkin uniform was not professional at all and his language was unexceptionable as well as the way he treated her . Harassment in the work place like that is unexceptable. I give her 5 stars for putting up with that and continuing to work .

This is my favorite Dunkin, they never mess up my order, my food is always fresh and delicious and they are always very nice and friendly, awesome morning staff here, my dog also loves it here cuz he knows they have a pup cup for him every time we come which is at least once a week?

They always mess up my order. Even a simple one like a large coffee with cream and liquid sugar. I usually drive 20 minutes of my way just to avoid this dunken

Long drive-thru line, and once at window, I waited 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a donut. Shortage of staff, I suspect. No explanation for the delay from staff at pick-up window. In fact, she kept her back facing the window most of the time.
