Why can’t I ever order a drink and it get made right? I’m tired of ordering cold foam if I’m not gonna get it because I’m just wasting my money at this point (online ordering so I know it was charged each time I order cold foam). Half the time the drinks watered down or not even filled all the way. I would 100% understand if they were busy at the time but they really weren’t as I was able to drive right through. It’s just disappointing. Wasted so much money at this point for stuff they don’t fulfill.
Caroline the shift manager in the evening should be stripped of her shift lead title. Im a former Dunkin Store Manager, 7 years I ran 2 stores.Train your employees the correct way. You know what it’s probably not even her fault. She was most likely thrown into this position without a proper trainer teaching her Dunkin standards.I will never spend another $1 at this location though. My drinks were completely different than what I had ordered and I was refused when I asked for them ti be remade. Even though I had my receipt.Thanks Dunkin for your appreciation.
Unless you want your coffee done wrong because of under trained staff or managers that don't know company policy then this location is not the location to go to. Only one or two employees there that I even trust and they just started working there. They will not fill up a refill cup that was purchased at their company to the correct level or make the orders completely correct unless it's only one copy that you're ordering at a time. Half the time they don't even do that correct. Dissatisfied customer!!
I go to this Dunkin every single day. I ordered sweet teas and it seems every time I go overnight after 12:00 a.m. there's an issue. The dark haired girl has a very bad attitude and very nasty mouth to customers. So when she trains the new employee on the overnight thinks that it's okay to speak to customers horrible. That picture is a sweet tea that to me first of all is not very sweet second of all it's extremely light almost see through. When I brought it up to the older gentleman that was working his response was unfortunately we don't have great help here. But unfortunately he was the help that was putting out below grade beverages knowing that they were and admittedly below grade. This Dunkin needs to take more pride in what they put out to customers. The girls that work days are great. A little more pride need to be taken in what is being put out. Maybe they should train at the Dunkin off is hwy 19 South by ranch Rd.
Put in a mobile order for drive thru pickup. When I told them this, they seemed confused and asked me to come to the window and then they asked for my name. They then walked away and left me alone for ten minutes until I was frustrated enough to just walk in and find my drink on the pickup counter, even though I clearly ordered it for the drive thru. I wanted to make sure there wasn't somehow an issue with the drink that led to the delay, but the employees ignored me and chatted to each other until I left. I won't be visiting this location again; there were a lot of opportunities for them to not make this a bad experience for me.
I’ve been waiting for my sandwich for 40 minutes now and still going . There is literally 6 people here drinking coffee yet no sandwich. Maybe at least I can be entertained by the Girl Monica who rang me up . She’s been cursing and being obnoxiously loud talking to other co-workers . This is a joke I’ll be leaving now with no sandwich and never coming back . Thank you for your non service Dunkin Doughnuts.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you and shoutout to the morning shift here Monday-Friday! I stop here every morning before going into work and I see the pressure of the morning rush that these girls are under. The crowd is HUGE and sometimes impatient so I wanted to give a shout-out to them handling this stress like bada$$e$! With Covid and everything going on not a lot of people are working and I understand the shortage of staff all around the US right now. Gotta give these girls props seriously! These girls deserve a raise. I used to be a bartender/server in a high pace bar & grill so I get 100% what these girls go through! People can be cruel and there’s not a lot of peace in the world right now so I wanted to leave a positive review because they’re trying their best and nobody recognizes that anymore. So thank you so much AM staff! Keep your composure and keep being awesome! ♥️
Horrible service. 3 cars in the line and we sat there for over 15 minutes. They got my coffee wrong and I had to correct then twice! Then I ask for a bagel and cream cheese, they come to the window to hand my one with butter. I said, no I wanted cream cheese. They huff and puff about it and roll their eyes.... Then hand me another bagel. I get to work. And all they did was slap crwam cheese on the already buttered bagel they were going to give me at first. What has happened to this facility? It never used to be this bad! I call and they say to come bqck and they will give me a new order for free???? What????? No thank you.. I will never go their again.
I been saving this review in hopes it gets better. Throughout the week, the crew is great and the line keeps moving. However, during the weekend HORRIBLE. Long wait and your order is more than likely WRONG. I rather drive out my way now to port richey.
