This location is EXTREMELY unorganized. Customers standing everywhere confused waiting to be greeted and helped while employees were ignoring them and no one coming up to the register. May 28th at night there was an older man working who couldn't remember orders, giving out wrong orders, and skipping over customers. It took over 20 mins to get my order. Don't waste your evening here. Twistee treat is about 5 mins west. FAST, GREAT EMPLOYEES, AND AMAZING ICE-CREAM.
Half the staff seem to be very young and don't want to help you. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. 3 people looked at me. We locked eyes. I know they saw me. But didn't come to help. The 4th person comes up, Are you being helped. No, but I would like to. Well, I can't help you. Then why would you tease me making me think you can take my order then???? The 5th person came up. Took my order. He made it like I was a pain in ars for ordering food. The older guy came over to help when I thought the tea was out. He smelled like an old bar ashtray. That's nice. Smells so yummy. (sarcasm) Then my food is ready 8 to 10 mins later. It's for take-out. I asked for an onion ring sauce. The kid didn't know what sauces they had so he looked at up, and again made me feel like I'm the problem for asking. Geeze. Am I making you do some work? So sorry kiddo. Hit the lotto and quit.
I use the app and place my order a few minutes away. Then just go in, or use drive thru, to pick up my food.
Just went here and this was my worst DQ experience yet, waited 12 minutes for cold fries and the completely wrong order. Seems like this place should stick to Chill & not grill. I will not be returning here.
The best DQ in the area. Cones are more than generous. My favorite place for an after dinner treat.

The food here is seems to be consistent. I'm just not always happy with the way they hand you the food. I have a nice car and I don't want to get a box of chicken fingers and have to sit it on my seat without a bag to put it on to make sure my seat doesn't stain and I'm not really sure how I feel about them putting the plastic dipping sauces and the napkins inside my box either it's questionable whether it's sanitary. But otherwise it's clean and the food is consistent and good for what it is.
My Blizzard was served upside down at the drive thru. Loved it
I just needed a quick snack so I got 2 Chicken tenders and they where not good at all hard and mostly breading ? will never order that again .
