This place is a joke, my wife wanted a banana split and decided to go to the drive through, and come home and watch a movie. Well she went waited in the drive though line, forever. Got me a large cup of vanilla ice cream, that was a child size. Lol and her banana split had no banana. What a joke.She called them and they argued with her about the invisible banana.Read all the other reviews, so I thought I'd add mine.
They made my cotton candy blizzard without the main ingredient which is the COTTON CANDY SYRUP- & i called in and after waiting 45 mins in line the lady told me she’d remake it if i came back and bring it out to the door. I told her no thank you because i already spent an hour with drive time to even get it to begin with.I gave her my name and she told me i could have it remade - and now i come back up here and they’re literally arguing with me about $4.50 and remaking itPathetic
Worst DQ ever. We order online and we get here and we wait for 25 minutes the line went empty twice. There’s a number to call and they don’t even pick up the phones. Spoke to manager twice and still didn’t get our food. And for some reason they they treat it like the pandemic is still going on. You can’t even go inside and order. I will never go back here again.
Ordered a sundae and there was barely any fudge. This is the second time same issue. DQ has gotten cheap with their toppings. They're whipped cream has changed as well. Super thick and gross. I won't be back. I'll just reminisce of the good old days when I used to get a hot fudge brownie delight after playing at the park all day. Going to Culver's next time
Do not waste your time you will spend 45 plus in line my God 25.00 in fuel I may get my blizzard!!! All my food better be fresh!?! No I won't be returning.. I waited 1 hour 15 mins then was pulled up because my order wasn't ready.. then I got all the way home and my order wasn't right.Never again !!! Sticking to the parlor in Hudson!
We ordered a meal that came with fries and drink. We wanted onion rings instead of fries, but they charged for them. The shake was not made with enough of the ingredients that made them special. I was disappointed with the meal.
To long of wait in line. Most Crew standing around doing nothing. 2 managers stood there doing nothing. Food was awful. Manager encouraged the cars behind me to get out of their cars and attack me. Never again
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE to say the least!The wait to get an ice cream is unbelievable, 43 minutes stuck in a drive thru that you cannot get out of!!Finally make it to the window to wait there another 10 minutes because they didn't even have the order correct, and tried arguing with me about what I ordered!Lacking customer service along with sufficient amount of employees to get the job done right in a timely manner.
Ok I don’t normally write reviews for a fast food restaurant but today I was so impressed I had to. We don’t eat bread so I normally ask drive thru employees for burgers without the bun. That’s kind of an unusual request so a lot of times they just throw a naked patty in the bag upside down or some nonsense like that. Today at Dairy Queen I had a lovely bunless burger that was constructed so beautifully it looked like it should be on a commercial. The staff really outdid themselves today.
The traffic line into state Road 54 is a ridiculous and management should be treated harshly for letting this go on night after night.If you as a customer decide to wait in this line and it’s out to the road, do the safe and responsible thing and pass this place up.Fast food places all over the area have redesigned or built solution like a dual drive thru or rerouting of traffic. This location makes no effort.Put a sign at the roads edge, a light by the road that signals a full drive thru. Stop endangering drivers on this state road!
