Ummmm can I just give a huge shout out to the girls at cold stone in Trinity?!?!?! Tonight I took my crazy kids there and waited in line for forever they were SLAMMED! When our turn came I looked at her and said hey my kid is super silly can you just make him an ice cream that looks like the beach? She went above and beyond and literally made the beach even with hermit crabs on top of his ice cream! I am super guilty of underestimating young adults and teenagers so I am thankful to be reminded that they can be freaking amazing! I don’t know if this post will ever get back to them, but if it does I will be be ever so grateful, and hey if any of you stop in there, throw a couple extra dollars in their tip jar because they deserve it!

This location gets busy so I placed an order online for pickup. Was told it would be done at 9:23. I arrived on time and sat in the pickup area. Not a single employee asked who I was picking up for. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time to politely just let them know I was there and ask about my order. One of the young girls with an attitude stated “yeah they’re working on it”. She then proceeded to say to another employee “that girl is saying she placed an order 20 minutes ago. Like okay what am I supppsed to do about it” ……. And after waiting 10 more minutes I finally received my order which come to find out when I got home… was incorrect and contained nuts which I’m ALLERGIC to so yeah very upset is an understatement and the lack of manners was mind blowing

I refrained from reviewing this Cold Stone near my home simply because I was giving the benefit of the doubt to the employee thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. However, after going to another Cold Stone (Safety Harbor) to get what I needed and then reading through the reviews of the Trinity location I realized that my experience seems to not be isolated, but may be reoccurring with this employee.A few weeks back I called to inquire about cakes pricing and decorating. I wasn't sure how any of it worked. When the worker answered the phone she seemed aggravated and annoyed as soon as I said I had a couple of questions about the cakes. She immediately told me I could look it up online. I told her I did, but I had some other questions I couldn't find the answers to online. She just sat on the phone and I asked ARE YOU STILL THERE she said YES WAITING FOR YOU TO ASK. I asked how many people the rectangle cake fed she said "THAT IS ONLINE I am here by myself . The night crew didn't finish their jobs and I'm busy this stuff is online." I asked her what her name was and she hung up.I waited and then went in about 30 minutes later because I really wanted her name. She didn't have a name tag on so I asked her what her name was when she was cashing me out and she said Brittney. She wasn't much kinder in person, but at least she didn't hang up on me.The customer service between the Trinity and Safety Harbor Cold Stones are night and day. I think I will be traveling the extra distance.I understand that there are staffing issues right now. I understand that things get stressful. What I don't understand is treating customers harshly.I really hope that the management doesn't think I am being demeaning, I just wanted to bring it to their attention that maybe this employee isn't the right fit right now for a position that represents your company. Maybe she's going through perosnal things in her life? Maybe she needs to take customer service classes?Whatever the case may be a customer should never be made to feel they're an inconvenience or an annoyance. They should never hear about the other employees not doing their job. Employees should not unload their aggrevations onto the customers.I truly hope that whatever Brittney is going through it gets better for her before she runs more customers off from your business.I do not need nor want a reply to my review, Im already in contact with Cold Stone Corporate offices. I simply wanted to make sure that the management is aware of how their employee is acting. Maybe a secret shopper experience will validate what has been said.I wish your business nothing but success. Businesses are successful only when customers want to return or recommend.Blessings to you and yours.

We absolutely love Cold Stone and were so excited to find one at this location on vacation only to walk in 20 minutes before they closed, stand in line for a few minutes and then be told that they wouldn't serve us. They were stopping with the two young girls we allowed to enter before us. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. No one at the door, no one to tell us upon entering, and again 20 minutes before closing time.

The Lucky Charms ice cream is much better than I thought it would be! The ice cream itself tastes like toasted cereal, so it's not just all marshmallow flavor. We all really enjoyed it - we were totally expecting it to be overly sweet. The Chocolate Devotion was incredible, with lots of brownie chunks and chocolate chips. They have a fun non-dairy alternative ice cream, Silk chocolate almond icecream with peanut butter and banana chunks was also a lot of fun. This is a busy location, but they did a good job servicing everyone in a timely manner.

The flavor of the ice cream isn’t actually good. Got an ice cream with berries, the girl at the counter barely mashed it in. After I asked to mash it in more, she did it, but barely. I get it that it will destroy her wrists, but still… And the prices are ridiculous for the value.P.S. Your reply is wrong I’m so many ways … what do you mean by “you voted for minimum wage hikes”? Like, you don’t even know me. And it’s politicians who voted for it, not civilians. Moreover, I don’t know what kind of real ingredients you are using, the color of ice cream doesn’t look natural, that’s for sure. Especially mint, I haven’t seen brighter mint ice cream in my life. And if it was quality ice cream, I wouldn’t mind paying double your price!

I always go to this store today it was strange the employee Brittany looked very stressed she was preparing many orders online and she told us that we wait when she attended us it seems that she had several red bulls she spoke to us very fast I almost did not understand her and when I asked her for information about the rewards program told us so quickly that I didn't understand anything I assume she was alone in the store and doing everything at the same time please don't leave an employee alone that causes a lot of stress and anxiety..

Soon as you walk in you can smell the powerful scent of chocolate.Since I dont eat chocolate I ended up getting the Banana Flavored Ice Cream with white oreos and yellow cake mixed in and served in a waffle bowl.Staff was friendly and goofy with good vibes everywhere. The place inside is small though (Limited Seating), but they do have a few seats and benches outside.Only reason I gave a 4☆ instead of a 5☆ is because the way they have their fans over the lights could cause someone to have a seizure. I was inside for about 10mins and started having headaches so I had to leave and finish my icecream outside.Overall amazing place, but if you are known to have seizures I would suggest you order on the app and pick up so you're not in there long.

Someone messed up my online order. The main ingredient of chocolate devotion - brownie was missing from my order. The order was ready by the time I went to pick up. But missing the main ingredient from the recipe was very disappointing, and I had a few pieces of roasted almond in my ice cream ( which is not a ingredient in chocolate devotion).

Some one messed up my order and the ice cream cake I had ordered was not ready during pickup time. The owner went above and beyond to correct the mistake by delivering the cake and gave us something extra on top of that excellent service. We've ordered our birthday cakes there for years and had ice cream in the store many times as well. We were never disappointed. Thank you for being a wonderful owner. We really appreciated your efforts.
